thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that reaching a paywall at the end of a long test can feel frustrating.
To clarify:
all TerraYou IQ-Test (https://terrayou.com/iq-test) users receive an immediate free result, including the IQ-Range and a basic breakdown of their performance. The optional upgrade is only for those who want the extended, detailed PDF report. This pricing is clearly shown twice on the test’s landing page before starting.
Our 50-item test is intentionally comprehensive, because only a sufficient number of questions can ensure a meaningful and reliable cognitive assessment. Shorter tests tend to produce random or highly inaccurate outcomes.
If you did not see your free basic result, there may have been a technical issue. We would appreciate it if you could contact our support team so we can investigate and make sure you receive everything correctly.
