I bet you $5 BILLION it's under maintenance right now (08:42 8/30/2025). Let's check. YEP! Under maintenance as always. If you call them to complain, you will see they really just don't care. It's obvious this platform is a left over from TD Ameritrade and Schwab doesn't want to maintain it.
