Worst delivery service ever.
I've never seen such horrible service. Avoid at all costs. They didn't even try to deliver and if I want to pick up the package myself it's literally at the other side of the country.
One of the worst customer services ever.
- first they don't call me on the delivery date
- next they don't arrive on the same day for delivery as on the expected date
- third they don't bother to use any of the ring door bell or secondary phone number to inform of delivery and leave without delivering
- Their number doesn't work
- The number that does work, they have a freaking AI voice assistant answering...
They can´t call a non-swedish phone number, they cannot call a whatsapp non-swedish number, they won´t be able to send even a text or a whatsapp to a non-swedish phone number, they don´t have a delivery place closer than 40km, they do not deliver before 10am, they also try to tell you what to do on the phone.
The worst delivery service ever! After waiting the whole day for my delivery( no possibility of having an approximate time of delivery) which was going to be delivered today before 18:00 I unexpectedly got a message saying that ”due to my request or because I was on holidays ” the delivery date was changed to the day after. I had not requested a change of date and I am not on holidays even more I have had e-mail the whole day stating that I was sitting and waiting the whole day. It is absolutely outrageous the way they lied! I called the store I had placed the order from to cancel my order and get my refund due to the worst delivery ever. TNT in Sweden is terrible!
TNT uses 3rd party delivery guys who then bring only 1 of your parcels then ask you to sign for all 3 which i refused.
Then customer support says the package will be delivered the next day... so i lose 130 euros in wages for a 2nd day waiting for a parcel which never arrived. Then i check on my tracking details and the delivery driver said i refused my packages... which never even come! imagine...
rang them again today and they say they will open some sort of support ticket instead of fixing my delivery of my 3 parcels... and then the incompetent CSR rep told me that most people are on holidays now and that i probably wont get an answer for a week or 2.. holding my parcels hostage and losing my wages with false hope.
If anyone uses this company for anything then you are going to get a headache you never imagined. avoid them at all costs and avoid Fedex too as the 2 companys are merging into 1 glorius cesspool.
They said that they did not work for Fedex even tho they did. They said that they did not have my package even tho the tracking nummber said it was there. They did not make an attept to deliver my package but said that they did.
This company is a Fraudulent company, I have reported them to the swedish authority's.
Never use Fedex if you are sending or reciving packages from Sweden, and save yourself some money time and a headache. They are a fruad and so is Fedex.
I have paid a lot for an express shipping with FedEX/TNT to get a crucial part on a specific day. I was waiting at home all day to make sure I do not miss it. I even put a note on the downstairs door so the driver surely can find the right door. At 13.04 I got a text message that I missed the delivery and I have to book a new time. I immediately called the TNT service and I reached them at 13.07. They were not willing to contact the driver or help me in any way. They said I was not home, but I was home whilst calling them and I have been home the whole time. I asked them why the delivery driver did not call (they obvisouly had my number since i got the text message) but they said "That is not a service we offer". So I could not do ANYTHING, i offered to pick it up but they only said "i can make a note, but I cannot see when it can come back".. Now a whole team cannot proceed working on a project the next day because Fedex/TNT is obvisouly cheating and just pretenting to deliver. I was home and there was NO way a delivery driver could not have seen the signs and found the door. And in the 21st century where every other delivery has livetime updates TNT/Fedex is not able to call you if they cannot find your door???? Never pay for FedEx/TNT!!!! They are cheating and not a serious company. And of course they dont want to help you in any way. Now I have to hope that the crucial part will arrive somewhen the next day, because of course TNT/Fedex could not tell me if or when they will try to deliver it again.
After very poor communication throughout and a MONTH LONG delay to getting my shipment through customs (which only happened because I handheld both the customs official as well as the TNT agent through the documents after they both claimed they were missing, despite the documentation being literally in the same email chain, one email down), and being promised delivery today, I'm now told it will take another week to get the shipment delivered due to the remote nature of my address. The depot is 90 minutes away. It will take them another week. Obviously, none of this has been communicated to me, I've had to chase them every inept step of the way. Please save yourself the headache and just set fire to your stuff instead.
They don't notify you when the delivery is expected so you can't be there. Once you missed the delivery, they don't leave a note but text you a shipment number on behalf of Fedex and a link to Fedex's website where you are supposed to set a new delivery date only the shipment number doesn't work as it belongs to TNT! I learnt this after spending hours on the phone trying to reach Fedex via phone and finally someone responded via chat and told me about this. Now, TNT doesn't offer the chance to set a new delivery date neither on their website or in their app. I am once again on the phone hoping someone will take my call so we can fix a new delivery date. No chat function, either. All this in 2022! I will never order anything that uses Fedex/TNT as their courier company in the future!
Vera vad service, feels like 50 years ago delivery service but without quality. very long time when the lousy tnt.se site can not help you to schedule your delivery, you call the customer number for hours and does not answer.. sometimes they call you and ask you to follow their car and meet them in another address…overall worse service to get your goods delivered..

Customer service: ‘Hi Marcuz, we don’t know where your package is. You can’t pick it up. We can’t tell you when it will be delivered. We don’t provide service information on whether it’s delivered or not. There is nothing we can do as our internal storage system don’t work. Please tell us which day you are home so we can try a fourth time to deliver the package to you, so we can show in the tracking overview that it is not our fault but a request from the customer’
Recommendation: Cancel the order from the supplier, fill in a report to the Swedish authorities and do a card complaint to your bank so you can get the money back. Let the supplier fight them and if you are lucky then you might get your money back.

This is the worst delivery service that never delivers a package to you, just informs that they have been at your address and tried it and you always have to call them and arrange another try. They never call you even if you leave a phone number. They are not kind when you call them!
First the delivery times changed drastically, but hey I don't mind the delivery times, we are all in hard times with COVID after all. But lying to people about having called the recipient is not acceptable and an apparent chronic problem with TNT as you can read in the reviews. I filed a complaint to the Swedish authorities and will closely be following the case, an establishment disappointing so many consumers should not operate in this country.
The worse delivery service. Coming during work hours 10:00 to 16:00. And the only drop point is 50 km away! Avoid!!!
