Mik has been great coach with me. Let me give you some details about him. I first discovered him on TikTok and I was listening his advice and some helpful guidance with posture when working out. I tried his advice and it truly helped me. We talked and we set up interview over Zoom. At first I was nervous because I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. He took the time to sit down with and chat with me. We talked about my health journey. I did a lot of mental journey on own and lot of the hard stuff on my own. I needed more help and I found someone who was willing to take the time to teach me how to heal my body correctly with the right way eat as I have struggled all my life with food. As we talked I opened up a little bit about myself and journey, Mik explained what he does and how his program works and before we proceed further he asked me if I was ready and committed to make the life changes. This wasn’t a temporary life change this was a permanent life change. I was ready to make that permanent life change for myself for health reasons and also to build my confidence back up and feel good about myself. Mik took a chance on me. I am so glad that he did. I am person that someone that needed a someone to hold accountable when goals are set. Mik does great communication with his clients and always checking in once a week with clients making sure they are staying on track with workout, and meals. He is very honest and real with you with workouts. When I had a lower back injury he helped me adjust to workouts that helped me rebuild the strength back up in my back. Did it suck oh yea! Did I want to give up oh yes I did but I didn’t because Mik helped me through the process.
If you looking for you a health coach and training coach I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mik all the way! Well worth it. TRUST the process with him follow what he says. It does work I am proof of it.
