Took my money.
I paid for the aditional cancellation fee which allos me to cancel a ticket.
I followed their recommended steps, cancelled the ticket and never got the refund. Basically scammed me.

One of the worst agency. No customer service portal. I needed to change my ticket but no where i can contact them. They dont pick up the call. Put me on hold for an hour in the finland number and still no one picked.Called the swedish branch and the way they speak are awful. Please choose something else. Dont get involved with them.

One of the most uncomfortable website I ever used. I hope it was my first and last experience buying tickets there. And one more unpleasant thing that st the end tickets are at absolutely another price that was indicated at the beginning.

I have purchased a booking through their agency and to travel with KLM from Norway to Madrid Back and forth, there was a travel disruption and my flight got cancelled, I tried to contact them for two days in a row, they offered no support, no refund regardless the insurance I bough with them, they did not help me to get a rebooking either, so I ended up booking another flight and of course loosing money because of their scam, the worse part of it is that their call operator does not speak any proper English or Norwegian regardless they offering support in those two languages. It is so bad that I am reporting them to Forbrukertilsynet (the Norwegian Consumer Authority) .

SCAM. We bought travel insurance, but never got it even though we sent several mails and called them. They even answered and said they couldn’t send us proof and we payed 1000 dollars. And they used 5 days! We are already on the trip. They also said we bought Lufthansa tickets but only 2 out of 6 planes was actually Lufthansa. It’s all a scam, don’t use them!!!

It was easy to order and pay the ticket, I hope to get enough information the day I am travelling with my to kids.

We had to cancel a flight due to sickness back in july 2025 and Travelis are refusing to reimburse our airport taxes and fees. They aren't responding to emails.

The customer service have repeatedly told us they will call us back, but they never do. This is borderline theft and really unprofessional. Do not do business with them

Everything went great through the booking! Many extra fees to add along the prosess, but that is quite normal these days. When I needed to call them with a question regarding luggage, they were really helpful. So I´m very satisfied.

I did not expect that the program would switch bank account and behave strange during the payment process

they just called and said flight is cancelled, no email nothing, no help to rebook or refund

I was booking yesterday and for the payment , I was using Master card, every thing from our side were ok, but you could not receive the payment, we tried several times with different cards, with the same result.. the next day I called your office whom advice me to repeat the booking again with different e. mail address, It was ok , but the prise been increased around 400Kr. for no reason, this is not nice from a good travel agency .. Thanks

We have paid for seats, but they reserved the free of charge seats.

I just made the booking, no secret fee, I pay fast, so far no problem!

We booked our flights with checked-in luggage included. However, when checking the itineraries from the different airlines, I noticed there was no checked baggage listed.

I called Trivalis, and they told me they were “already on the case", despite having had six months to fix the issue. We only found out four days before the flight, and only because we checked the details ourselves.

They’ve said they’ll refund the baggage cost, but the whole situation feels careless. If we hadn’t caught it in time, we would’ve had to pay extra at the airport for something we already paid for.
