I bought a dress returned it back same week have proof and followed it up, the company said they're in liquidation and nothing about refunding me my money. Avoid this company unless u are happy that they won't refund your money even with a refund policy. Reported this.
No refund/poor customer service
I returned outfits in October 2023 and I am still waiting for a refund. I have sent confirmation of postage and emailed several times to request my refund. Each time I receive an automated email saying thank you for your patience we have a high volume of refunds! They now do not even reply to my emails and have stopped me being able to comment on their Facebook page. There is no number to call them on. I will not be ordering from this site again. Very disappointing.

Zero rating if I could. Ordered 2 dresses in November 2023 and returned in December 2023. Still no refund despite it being over 3 months now. I keep receiving the same automated message whenever I message the customer service team, including the latest response which says the company has gone into liquidation. It seems very dodgy as the company is still active on Companies House. Probably using the “liquidation” card so customers still waiting for a refund don’t pester them any more. Currently trying to obtain a refund via my credit card provider

It's called stealing! Over 3 months and still no refund.

I got in touch after 28 days and they got straight back to me to ask if I had proof of posting, which I did. Yet still they have not refunded me. Each time I email I get an automated response telling me they are doing everything possible to resolve this matter promptly!!!!

I am pretty sure this company makes all its money by not issuing people their refunds. I am absolutely devastated to not have had my rightfully owed money back. It has nearly been 4 months since my return and they simply do not respond to my complaints and queries.

The dresses are lovely, good quality and they fit well. BUT..customer service is truly awful, they make it extremely difficult to return anything, they say you have to do it via a return portal which doesn't even appear on their website. Contacting them be email, you receive a reply saying they'll be in touch within 5 working days, they never reply. I did once receive a refund for a dress I returned but it took 3 months to get it in my bank account. I didn't learn my lesson, ordered 3 dresses to choose for a wedding outfit and can't return any of them because 1, I can't find the returns portal and 2, they don't reply to emails when i contact them. Won't be ordering again which is a shame, they could be successful if they sorted out their customer service. Honestly, don't waste your time.

This is a follow up review from previous review for Vesper. I have purchased orders on two separate occasions where Vesper have failed to issue my refund. I have had back and forth contact with Vesper and have been assured this is a back log and that my refund would be issued promptly however, have not received my refund from either of the two occasions. This has left me with no choice but to contact my banks disputes team to see if they can support me. I have also made trading standards aware of this incident and I am awaiting a call back to discuss this further. Not good enough and Vesper have absolutely lost a customer in me. The service has completely let the product down as their items are lovely.

Returned an item in December it’s now March still no refund! - contacted them and they said they was working on it - but still no refund 😡 avoid at all costs.
3 months and still no refund
I am still waiting for a refund for a dress I bought in December! I have emailed multiple times about this issue. It is unacceptable and I wish I kept the dress because at least I could show something for the money I have spent.
Don’t buy from them
Would be 0 stars! DO NOT buy from them, they don’t give any refunds. I purchased a large order and returned within the correct time etc. No contact since then, I’ve contacted their only email (no chat or phone number available) 3+ times and have heard nothing. I have unfortunately given up trying to get my money back now. All I can do is never shop there again and warn others.

I sent my three dresses back to vesper as a return, worth £145. This was back in december, im still yet to receive a refund after complaining customer service said it would take up to two weeks. this was back in January. I’m still yet to receive said refund. I think this is an awful service, i feel like i’ve been robbed off vesper. If i can’t have a refund at least send my dresses that i’ve paid for back to me. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Didn't get my refund. Had to make a claim with my bank but I've just hears that vesper have gone bust (even though the website is still live and taking orders!)
