I’m very happy with my experience with Vestiaire
Recently, one of my packages did not arrive as expected, and I was a bit worried at first. However, the team followed up very professionally and kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks to their support and clear communication, the issue was resolved and I received my package.
This experience gave me a lot of confidence in their service. I truly appreciate how responsibly they handled the situation, and it makes me feel that I can trust both the process and the payment system.
Thank you for the great customer support.

You improved lately. I must say. However there is always room for space up hence 3.5-4/5. Your customer service chat is still beyond pathetic 9/10 times, botlike, or if these are real people 9.9/10 complete imbeciles, fact. Your fees for sellers are atrocious and for buyers now too.
I have been using Vestiaire many years and I have to say that it has become better as the time passes by . The handling is much faster and the payment is in my account in just three days! Isn’t this amazing or what ?

Tha label, "physical autentification included" is fake.

I ordered the gucci horsebit 1955 vertical mini bag.
The price was rediculusly underneath expectations, since a new one would have cost around 1800 euros. But since the company Vestiaire collective offer a authenticator fee, in which the product gets tested for it's authenticity, I told myself to give it a try. Because the company Vestiaire collective appeared to be legal after watching every promotion of them even in fashion series.
So before I ordered anything I reached out to their customer support and ask for clarification and they told me that is I would be suspicious of the product they would take it back.
Before the item arrived at Vestiaire collective warehouse, I started looking up frauds on the internet. And found out to my surprise, that there have been plenty of. A funny story is also them pushing you after that selling ( the illegal fake items) on their app again.
I tried to not get it that far. I contacted them and said to not even send me the bag. They said it will go through authenticity tests.
They said then that the bag was authentic. In the information of the test was nothing mentioned briefly of with proof. They quoted: •original box
•original tag
•dustbag .
So they left out the original dustbag, we'll in such cases every word has it's importance.
So I then started up looking for real gucci bag packaging and dustbags. Let me tell you that the authentic gucci boxes do not open up like a shoe box, they flip open. I cross checked the pictures of the product I bought and it did not resemble any nearly the original one.
I asked them many times to not send me the item. I asked back for my money and stated that I do not want anything to do with such illegal actions. A
I also told them to keep the authenticator fee and just send me the rest of the money, but still, they didn't wanna compensate
