Ordered wine, never delivered, been over 2 weeks
Ordered wine 2 weeks ago, track and trace stopped after 1 week, no info since. Called, got a lady who's french is a bad as mine. She wanted to send an email to DPD and wanted me to wait till there was a response. I said I wanted info this day and it's their job to provide info, then she hung up on me. They are unreachable since. This place is a fraud.
