After reading online reviews I was a bit hesitant to order, but after contacting the customer service about a certain item, I did. They were super friendly and helpful and it was carefully packed. I would def recommend ordering here!

I liked very well the shop and his presentation.
But I finally was disappointed 2 times at the la caja, because the items were not discounted, despite of the advising next to it HASTA 60% , where finally no eben one article was discounted. The sales person didn’t agree for the error, he sait it’s like this. Very pity!!!

Please beware, this store is a SCAM. Read the online reviews. I made an order for a birthday present and they cancelled it two days after without giving me any explanations. It seems many people have had this issue. I haven't even received my funds back. I want the refund to be immediately issued. The order number is PW262887.

Great concept store in the center of Madrid on Gran Via. Reasonable prices and large choice. A bit more mainstream than « Colette » in Paris used to be but also 5 times bigger. Nice roof top terrace.

Quite ridiculous. Their online strategy is to lower prices and generate orders for products they do not have in stock, and consequently cancel their them. They probably do this to have liquidity to invest or to meet internal sales targets. I have placed three orders in the last few weeks and they have all been cancelled. For one the money has been refunded, I am waiting for the others. The cancellation email is always the usual 'we encountered an unexpected problem in the system', ahah of course. The damage to the brand and the store is pretty severe, so they should have to stop behaving like a start-up looking for gimmicks to make ends meet, and start doing good work.

Its Good to read reviews before ordering anything on a store*s web.. After reading that they never send the goods and dont refund the money i will never buy anything from this online store.

They don't ship orders, they keep your money and don't answer, if you go to the physical store they tell you to write and email (waiting for a shipment 25 days ,nobody answers).

I have placed the order online, without receiving any updates for 5 days. I've sent 3 inquiries so far with no response from them. In the end I needed to ask for a charge-back from my bank. This is either a scam or a completely disorganized company.
