I got my item but shipping took 2 weeks…

I got my item but shipping took 2 weeks customer service non responsive until threatened. I would be ok if it was in transit for the weeks but the handling time took over 1 week and no communication which caused me to order item twice from a different vendor. I do not think they deserve 4 stars but i can't give them 3 stars they might deserve 3 1/2 stars. they are not a scam but customer service needs to be better.

Drawn out process, but delivered in the end!

It took just over three months to have my order completely fulfilled, which was extremely frustrating. However, that was ultimately the fault of Supermicro as that's where the parts were backordered and drop-shipped from. Wulus's customer service answered all my questions and kept me informed along the way.

Lacking integrity

I still haven’t received my item and paid for two day shipping it has been more than a week later and then when I called in I was given the run around and told I can only get a partial refund on my shipping costs, absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional.

We informed you that even though you selected two day shipping, your order shipped directly from the vendor hence was mistakenly shipped ground instead of 2 day as requested. We promised to refund you the partial shipping cost once your order is delivered since you paid for 2 day but was shipped ground. It is very unprofessional of you to distort facts in order to write a bad review while you have the correct information. Please correct this review because it is totally inaccurate.

The staff are true professionals

Couple of months ago I required to refresh my personal computer as it lagged a lot and I had no opportunity to play simple games. I decided to increase the amount of RAM and bought on this website a new 8 Gb RAM then inserted it into my computer. The main issues was to determine which kind of RAM I required, I mean the frequency. The managers helped me to sort out this issue and thus I am quite grateful to them for proposing me such an opportunity to communicate with professional in their business.

I had my doubts but…

I really had my doubts of this being legitimate at first and even let the customer service know about it. One of the staff actually called my phone and assured me that I was not making a mistake and that I was in safe hands. My GPU came quickly and works like a charm. I hope this helps you if you’re having doubts like I did!
