Such a lovely brand for affordable and high quality jewellery! Perfect for all occasions!
I bought 2 pieces of jewellery and spent £75 + delivery for them to arrive in a box but not with a cushion or anything just in a cardboard envelope. It's a little embarrassing to give this as a gift like this.
Perfect pieces of jewellery and I love the option to be able to personalise them
Wonderful experience, was so easy to search and view items
Absolutely love my pieces that I ordered, sterling silver and sits nicely on my wrist with lots of stacking options
Reached out to customer service for a support plea and staff did everything to excel. Couldn’t have asked for better service
Purchased fidget ring almost 7 months ago, and have worn it everyday since. I love it so much however, a couple of the birthstones personalised on it came out recently. I have quite a physical job, working with my hands and I never take it off so I don’t necessarily think it was a reflection on the quality. I spoke to customer services and same day they organised a credit for the amount I paid for me to spend to replace or buy something else - I was impressed with the speed and ease of this claim on the warranty.
Love the jewellery so stunning and great quality too
My burgundy bag has had so many compliments !! Love it so much
Quick delivery and lots of updates when you’ve ordered something personalised so you know exactly where your order is.
Gorgeous quality jewellery. Love the Quartz huggie earrings and matching necklace. I always get lots of compliments whenever I wear these!
Ordered on 5th Feb. Said it would arrive on 13th Feb. Now they said 13th March. I will never purchase from this company again.
Order number: AL3450237
I contacted customer services with a query about an item I bought and the response was very quick and I was very happy with the way in which everything was handled. Very quick and efficient, thank you
Had a problem with a necklace I brought for my girlfriend, I emailed them with photos of the problem at night and within minutes they replied asking how they could help.
They took the time to work out what the problem was so this could be improved in future and offered us a discount code to use with them so we could replace the broken necklace with something else for no extra cost.
Order has not arrived on time. No delivery information available. Order is a gift that will not arrive in time, so will now have to be returned. Waste of time ordering from a company that cannot fulfil orders in a timely manner. Order number: #AL3455098

I’ve had another 4 items delivered this week and i’m always blown away with the quality of the products!
The Crystal Heart Bangle in silver is such a beautiful bracelet, I love the pretty details & the dainty design. It’s a really well made & strong piece of jewellery despite the dainty look to it. I would highly recommend double checking your wrist measurements against the ones listed on the website so you get the best fit for you.
I really like that’s it’s made in two sizes because I have very small wrists so a lot of bracelets don’t fit right on me, I chose the smaller size & it’s a perfect fit so it’s not falling off my hand or sliding up & down my arms all the time when I move.
I had a custom ring made around Christmas.
Understandably, it’s a busy time. However Abbott Lyon kept me up-to-date with the process through emails.
So I was never left wondering where they were at with the process. This alleviated all of my concerns, and honestly it was worth the wait
Purchased some personalised jewellery items, the Signature Name Tennis Bracelet and Necklace Box Chain which arrived yesterday the 11 February 2026.
I felt a thrill of anticipation when opening the package but my expectations took a fall in respect of the personalisation and I felt total disappointment. To my total dismay and complete dissatisfaction, the personalised names on the Signature Name Tennis bracelet and Signature Name necklace do not look anything like my name i.e., display my name correctly.
I made swift arrangements to return the orders via the online return process. However, only 1 return label is provided and you have to contact their customer service if you have more than 1 order to return which I did.
On contacting this company via their online chat was passed from pillar to post. On asking why I could not remain with the same online live agent was informed that I had opened up several chats [when I had not initiated more than 1].
Apparently, the chat was far more focussed on the live agent providing rules and regulations about exchanges and or credit notes. No refunds. Returns are at customers cost through Evri. Are jewellery items covered correctly if they go astray with Evri?
When I, you or anyone else buys personalised or bespoke items online, this is Distance Selling.
When buying personalised jewellery long-distance (online, phone, or mail order) in the UK, consumer rights are covered primarily by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I've addressed to this company that the 2 items, the tennis bracelet and necklace mentioned above are "not as described" under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. UK consumer law guarantees full legal protection for customers if an item is faulty, not as described, or poorly made. According to the Act, if the jewellery does not display the name correctly, it is considered "not as described" and does not meet the provided specifications. Incorrect Personalisation: If the misspelling or display is the retailer's fault, you can demand a refund or a corrected item. Definition of Personalised: Items must be customised to the customer's requirements
Additionally, regarding the return cost: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the item is faulty or not as described, the retailer is responsible for covering the return postage costs.
This company states that they believe you deserve the best. From premium design to bespoke customer service, that they pride themselves on making every experience personal, easy and unforgettable.
I agree that I, you or anyone deserves the best but for my own personal experience, I did not get the best.
I disagree that they pride themselves on making every experience personal, easy and unforgettable. Helpful, supportive and charming when making enquiry for an order and purchase. However, when knowing that you are dissatisfied, throw their terms and conditions of no refunds, just exchanges or credit notes [that need to be used within a set time] plus adding to their T&C;s the £2.49 return cost.
"Once we receive your return, we’ll email you a store credit code for £157,51, so you can pick something else from our collection. The amount offered covers the full product value at the time of purchase (before discounts), minus £2.49 return shipping fee, so the total may differ from what you originally paid. The code will be valid for 3 months, but please note it can’t be combined with other discounts."
Their Happiness Guarantee promises that every Abbott Lyon piece is made to last from the highest quality materials… backed by our signature personalised customer support, of course.
Unforgettable - more like Forgettable
Customer support. I was passed from pillar to post and the last live agent went onto not responding but sent an email with the T&C's .
Happiness guaranteed. How? I don't want an exchange or credit note. I have personalised jewellery that does not display the name correctly. Also, the personalised name on the bracelet does not lie flat either. The personalised necklace gold colour is not bright and shiny but dullish.
It's lovely to read about the reviewers whose own experience of this company and jewellery have gone well re the five and four star reviews. I expected [not hoped] for a similar experience myself.
Guaranteed Happiness - NO! I've a fight on my hands to obtain my refund. Would I buy again..NO!
I'm not prepared to fare hassle with this company and fully prepared to turn to my bank for chargeback if needs be
