This company don't pays full damage cost for civil responsible person from Germany. The company don't pays in full as I am from another country. They don't pay the VAT. It took me 8 month to get partial refund for my damaged rear bumper.

Before cancelling your car insurance, get legal insurance. But not from Allianz!
My car came to the end of its lease. I informed Allianz. They noted the end date and told me the contract would be terminated. Then they charged me for the following year, which is normal (be an insurance company; they have great cash flow). When the car was deregistered, they refunded the whole amount, instead of subtracting the 10 days' difference they were due. And now they've put a collections firm on my tail for the whole premium for next year, for a car they know I do not own, for a contract correctly marked 'ended' in my online account. I am using the very long call centre wait time to write this nice review. I hope you like it.

There follow a list of generic contact details, all useless either because they assume the user just needs information, or because the people responding say they can't help.
It is a perfect circle of incompetence.

I reached out to Allianz in August for a simple recommendation for a medical professional. Four months and multiple follow-ups later, I still haven’t received a response. Meanwhile, they were quick to remind me about my premiums and deduct them on time. I can only shudder to think what their service would be like if I actually had a claim. A request that should have taken five minutes has ended up wasting four months of my time—completely unacceptable.

I asked for help several times: they referred me to other employees who did not answer my phone calls. I asked for help with Kindergeld—they wrote a letter with the same question I had written and said that I had been denied. No help at all. I was fully entitled to Kindergeld because I was working and contributing.
Another time I asked for a statement of contributions - again, nothing. A terrible experience, waste of my money

I was riding a bicycle with my little child. A woman hit us with her car. We were in a very serious condition in the hospital. We spent a month bedridden at home. And after all of this? Not only could we have been killed. Yesterday, after 8 months of this tragedy, I received a letter from Allianz Deutschland saying that I have to pay them compensation of almost 5,000 euros within a month???!!!!! People, what is wrong with you???? Not only did my son and I suffer injuries, we never demanded anything from that woman, and now I am supposed to pay you 5,000 euros just because we were not killed??? My husband and I have a car that we bought on credit for 10,000 euros. Why should I pay you 5,000 euros if my son and I were the ones who were hit???
I am writing all this so that you, dear people, who might choose this company as your insurance provider, are aware — these are people without hearts and souls. This is simply a cold-blooded corporation that earns millions from the suffering of others, just like in my case.
I want you, greedy corporation ALLIANZ DEUTSCHLAND, to know only one thing: karma always comes back. And for EVERY CENT of mine you will pay with your own tears. When I returned to my car, a woman was standing in front of it, saying she was calling the police to file a report because her car was leased and her contract required it. The cars were only touching—there was no damage to either vehicle. A police report was made, but I clearly told the insurance company that there was no accident and no damages.
One year later, I suddenly received a letter stating that Allianz had paid €3,400 to the leasing company! Now they are increasing my insurance premium because of this so-called “accident.” I requested the report, and what I read was unbelievable, full of things that never happened.
This feels like a scam between Allianz and leasing companies: nothing happened to any of the cars, yet paperwork was created, money was paid, and I am being punished for it. Nobody from Allianz ever contacted me to ask about my side of the story. They just waited a whole year to “close the case” behind my back.
This is completely unfair. I have already cancelled my contract with Allianz and will seek my rights.

Closed the company FRIDAY and my insurance police without proper notice and refund.
I am disappointed with the service. I paid for a year FRIDAY Assurance which is Allianz now, but was recently informed of its closure without notice or a refund. I request a full refund for the unused subscription.

Asking for things that do not figure in my contract nor the general terms and conditions as an excuse not to reimburse me. Asked several times to show me the contractual basis for their requirements. Each time, the answer had no contractual foundation whatsoever. Last time I made a claim, none of the problematic documents were asked and was reimbursed directly so this time was clearly a pretense to not pay any money.
Insurance cancelled and never again.

I would like to thank Mr.Andrej Timotijevic, who was always there for me, reachable at any time, checking all options possible. I had very bad accident in my own kitchen than was not installed well by previous tenant, but as I bought kitchen as alraedy installed, we could not do anything about suing anybody. Still, Mr. Timotijevic managed to contact lawyers to get proper advice, contacted rental company and at the end managed to help me cover at least expenses for the broken kitchen. He did all of this for me, even while I was in hospital and giving me feedback about everything. It did not turned out best for me, but he did all his possible to explore all possibilities in order to help me as much as possible. Therefore I am very thankful to Mr. Timotijevic and Allianz.

Of course they don’t tell you that there is a three month waiting period to make claims when they’re pushing you to sign up and agree to multiple years of paying. After I signed up, I brought my cats to the vet as any normal person would and now they don’t cover any of his vet bills. Scammers or dishonest at best. Don’t let them rush you through the contract and make you agree to multiple years. Take if home and read it. You can’t trust people.
Edit: the waiting period they refer to they of course never told me about when rushing me into signing a contract in their office :D. Would have been good to mention that “oh yea the insurance you’re paying for is essentially useless the first 3 months” I would have waited to go to the vet. Now I’m 800€ out and having to pay for this bs insurance. 0/10
