Extremely disappointing experience

I bought a jacket from Vero Moda (part of Bestseller) that turned out to be a sample-quality product — uneven suede, poor stitching, and clearly not worth full price. When I contacted customer service, I spoke with Emily, who was dismissive and unhelpful. Her tone made the whole thing even worse.

Very disappointing quality and attitude for a brand that claims to care about its customers.

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. Ordered 2 pair of Hoka’s. Never received an email confirmation. Sent emails to bestseller.com, all of which were returned as “undeliverable”. I tried calling and the call would not go through. I also reached out to th specific seller via emails and they were also returned as “undeliverable”. There is no phone number for the specific seller.

The order was placed on May 10. As of this date (May 29) I haven’t received anything from bestseller, the specific seller or the Hoka’s.

I have placed the charge in dispute with my CC company.

DO NOT order from this site, it is a hoax!!!

This company is not Legit!

I placed an order Yesterday may 18 2025 never received an email confirmation. This is when I realized I may have been scammed so I called number on website and it is not valid. Sent company an email using email address on website and have yet to receive a response. My money however was taken out right away.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I ordered 2 Hoka shoes and they did not even send me a confirmation email about the purchase. Tried calling the customer service number and was not able to get through it. The money was deducted via PayPal so I will be claiming for a refund.

AVOID, AVOID AVOID, despicable service

Bestseller use delaying tactics to avoid resolving faulty goods issues. Email follows email, but they never effectively respond. 5 times I have emailed requesting a returns label for over 100 day faulty jeans. Still not received.

Bad customer service and tracking

I’ve ordered multiple times, and often my order is split into two or three parcels due to stock availability in the warehouse or shop. While I don’t mind this, what bothers me is that whenever I go to pick up my parcels, the parcel shop only gives me one box. When I ask for the others, they tell me "we don’t have it." The issue is that Bestseller never provides a separate tracking number for the second parcel, or sometimes they assign the same tracking number to both parcels, which is incorrect. There have been times when my order was split into two parts, but I wasn’t notified by email. When I pick up my first parcel, I think something is missing and try to complain, only to later discover that the other parcel is still in the shop waiting for me. And neither I nor the staff at the parcel shop were aware of this. It actually happened I searched for my parcel together with employees of the shop, just looking for my name on the box, of course because tracking number was somewhere in the air haha.

Also, making a complaint isn’t easy. While there are multiple sections on Bestseller’s website, finding the correct contact information and submitting a complaint could be more easier and simple.

I’m very happy with the quality of the clothes and the delivery time, so I’d rate those 5 stars. However, customer service and the tracking process definitely need improvement, so I’d rate those 1 star.

My husband ordered 3 bracelets for £72

My husband ordered 3 bracelets for £72. He received an email to says they'd been shipped from the Chicago US. However no email from the UK carrier. I waited then emailed them. They told me their carrier returned them. They said I had to psy for postage again! They offered me £15 refund! I don't know how to get my money back. This feels like a scam.
We have emailed and still no reply. Avoid!

Do not buy Jack and Jones cargo shorts & chinos.

I bought several pairs of Jack and Jones shorts and chinos over a period of time during the last 2 years for my partner from an online retailer and there is a fault in the design that has presented itself on numerous occasions. The clothes have ripped in exactly the same place near the pocket seam after very little wear. I have tried 'tirelessly' via chat and email with Bestseller customer services to invoke the manufacturers published 24 months "Right to give notice of non conformity of goods" and have been given the complete run around. I have enclosed photos showing the fault in exactly the same place on different items. I have received absolutely terrible customer service from employees who don't understand the company's policies. I was just referred back to the retailer that I had bought from, but their return period for faulty goods is one month and they won't get involved with manufacturers guarantees. This is a serious and obvious manufacturing design defect, and I should be able to have this investigated directly by Bestseller under the terms of your manufacturing guarantee. After numerous emails with your company, and being completely dismayed and dismissed, I just let it go and decided never to buy your clothes again. However, on reflection, this is not good business practice by Bestseller and I'm informing others now not to buy your clothes. I have wasted a lot of money on sub standard, unfit for purpose clothes, from a company who don't stand by their own publicised ethics. I expect more from a great business man like Anders Holch Povlson.
