I was with this carrier since 2008 this is by far the worst phone service in the world I recommend everyone that has boost just go to another carrier nothing they say in their plans are justified they don't understand what the definition of unlimited is I highly recommend everybody that's with boost Mobile to leave them and get a better service better low price cuz these guys are absolute trash you guys will see if you stick with them

I would not recommend this company.

I started using Boost Mobile about 6 months ago, I recently added my brother to my account, Boost has messed up and made it two different accounts and made it almost absolutely impossible for me to merge the account together. The problem is it's just my account. I do not recommend boost to anyone, based on my experience their customer service team has no idea what customer service is all about. As soon as I can get rid of this company I will. I just can't do that right now but if you don't have to use them I highly recommend that you do not.

I love the deal

I love the deal. I got being a Dish customer, but I don’t find the quality of my phone calls. Much better than I had with US cellular. I don’t know if it’s my phone or if it’s my location, but it’s certain spots in my house. I lose my calls.

Soured Experience

I was going to give Boostmobile a great rating before I transferred carriers. Except....they made it literal hell to transfer my old number.

Boostmobile wanted me to take a picture of my drivers license, front and back, and also record a video of me (invasive much?) to send over to verify my identity.

I literally have an account with Boostmobile. I have my account number. I have my sim card number. I havemy PIN. I have my payment card number. BRO, I've literally been paying you guys the past 7 YEARS. And now, you "need" me to verify my identity? GTFO.

I was thinking of coming back to Boostmobile if it didn't work out with T-mobile. Naw, forget that. Never coming back to a company that does not respect me as a customer.
