Worse customer service

Worse customer service.

Completely ignored when needed help with the phone purchased from them. When setting up the phone we found that the iphone facial recognition was broken. We wanted a solution where we could send back the phone for fixing. But no replies. (2 years garanti? That is crap.)

The phone was completely useless in terms if logging in on my bank for example. Bought the grade c. None has mentioned that facial recognition would not be working? Never has happened before when I purchased on another website, where I ordered a c grade.

Don't waste ur money on them. Scammers.
