They committed theft

Ordered online, paid immediately & picked 14days to come get it at the shop (money went off my account & it was not pending - my bank has confirmed twice & my accountant confirms it as well that the money was TAKEN from my account & even now still shows me the amount with a minus)

The item was not in stock, it was a mistake on their website. Got a message that it will be returned to my account in 14 days.

Well for 3 months I spoke back & forth with their customer service about it.
Klarna was telling them I never paid. So they will not pay me back

So Hemtex is not taking any responsibility. It’s been 6 months since they took the money.
Hemtex is telling me there is no money to return. My bank even gave me the transaction number and apparently Klarna sees a cancelled order & no money taken so they don’t care.

I always considered Hemtex to be a trustworthy shop.

Ordered online in October but have not…

Ordered online in October but have not received anything yet. Emailed the customer service but only the automatic reply email. Have been shopping in Hemtex for a long time but this time it is a very bad experience. I will not shop anything more unless I receive the products.

Bad experience

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was disappointing. The customer service was impolite, and the products I ordered from the online store never arrived. Based on similar experiences shared by others, this seems to reflect a broader issue with the company's service quality. I would recommend caution when considering purchases from this store's online shop. And also I found it odd, that the customer service representative declined to accept any feedback and stated that the company does not handle feedback from any customers.

Purchased items month ago, customer support line closed. Emails get answered with generic response that they know nothing and cannot guarantee nothing. Absolutely unacceptable approach to customers and customer support is the worst I ever came across. Looking at these reviews - I am not longer surprised.. Attitude you get from the customer support is absolutely horrific. I would consider twice not whether I should shop there...
And agree - they sell items left and right and accept the order and then just cancel it. Unacceptable!

Extremely bad customer service

Extremely bad customer service experience. Hemtex advertises that the customer service is open Mon-Fri 11:00-13:00. On Fri the 25.7. I tried several times within that timeframe only to get the answering machine saying that the customer service is open on weekdays from 11:00 to 13:00. Today - Mon the 28.7. - I have tried few times again. Only to find out that nobody answers the phone. I just let the phone rang for 7 min without anyone picking up. Avoid at all costs.

Shutting down the Kundservice

I ordered my products online when they had a summer sale. Some of the items are delivered missing and some of the were broken. When I e-mail them they replied super late and without a solution. After their first e-mail, there were no reply from then two weeks straight...

I called their customer service and they literally closed the support for at least a week :D There was no-one to support and take to calls. Simply the service was closed..

It is super unprofessional to just shoot down the whole customer service and leave for vacation while the brand is having a summer sale and many orders...

I had to carry my broken and missing orders to the store just to get my refund. Because it was the only way to get a hold of them before the return policy ends.

I don't like their customer support policy and for sure I don't like to live that kind of experience.

They cancel the orders out of the blue

Horrible service. They make huge discounts, oversell, then process your order for days just to cancel it without any warning. I had to write them an email just to hear "oh, so sorry, we are out of stock. Bye.". I do not recommend whatsoever - my first time shopping with them and definitely the last.

Poor quality

Poor quality! I thought Hemtex would be better quality than for eksempel Ikea, but I am very disappointed. The 90×200 sheet does not fit at all after a single 60° wash plus tumbledry on low heat. The duvet covers I bought were 600kr for each set and the are so poorly made, stiches are unravelling and threads are hanging loose everywhere. Also no buttons, ribbons, zipper or anything to close it at the bottom. I will buy my bedding elsewhere in the future!
