Terrible customer service - too much waffle and lies
SBE Repair Reference: 1-31-10-7771019-001
My phone has developed a pink line on the inner screen after 14 months of very gentle use. The phone is pristine. I am now in my 3rd week without my phone - V3. This is a flapship phone and the service - lies I have been told are not acceptable. If I don't get resolution by 4pm 12 Feb 26 I will be forwarding a letter before action and then commencing an online claims against the company. Wonderful phone - until it went wrong.
DREADFUL SUPPORT and software bugs
The support for these handset is just utterly dreadful. DO NOT BUY ONE, ou will definitely regret it if. you do!!!!
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Received a faulty product, was denied a replacement at first, repair came back with the same issue untouched after THREE WEEKS, then was told replacement can only be done within the first 14 days of receiving the product. Impressive how incredibly wrong this is.
Bad experience with HONOR Malaysia:
My experience with HONOR Malaysia:
Sent my MagicPad 3 for inspection due to a bulge. HONOR blamed a minor knock from weeks earlier (no bulge at the time), provided no written technical explanation, and dismissed safety concerns without documentation. Device came back with new marks/holes from servicing, but no repair or compensation was offered. Now escalating via consumer protection channels.
Magic 8 Pro
Unable to make contactless payments on a brand new magic 8 pro customer service want me to record it with my invisible second phone. As a first time customer there service is horrific.
No effort to help me in anyway.
Honor Supercharger
I bought Honor Magic 7 with Supercharger, mobile pone seems OK overall, although there are some screen problems but Supercharger did not charge at all although I restarted, checked software and smart connection. Phone charged quicker without Supercharger. Contacted customer services with no response. I feel scammed. The price for these items was high, so I assumed that quality would be good. Very disappointing.
Cheats
I purchased a Honor 400 Pro and two Honor Majic 8 phones from Three Broadway store.
Absolute rubbish company.
Float offers to lure customers and refuse the promised offer once the device is purchase.
My advice don't buy Honor especially from Three network.
I have been requesting for a return pack to send my trade-in device.
Have to remind Three and it's Ingram team 4 times as I have not received the pack to return device.
Now Ingram / Three is sending me texts and emails that the trade-in offer will expire if device is not returned.
Three Bradford played the trick by sending the wrong device details ( Sony Xperia Arc S ) for one of the trade-in phones as a result Ingram has refused cashback.
A Big scam is what it is.
Honor V3 Magic worst phone on the…
Honor V3 Magic worst phone on the planet!, durability and build horrendous!!!, always wanted this phone and finally too five with 1300 brittish pounds, after 5 months open phone to main screen and hear crunch sound and screen broke!, sent away for repair and now want 750 to repair!!!, no malace or misuse to phone, got to say never again buying a honor phone 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Scammers.
Absolute scammers like others have said. No matter what information you provide for a postal repair it will always be advised its FOC *subject to inspection*. So if you tell honor you have a broken screen and they reply with FOC you would expect on inspection if it is a broken screen to be repaired FOC. This is not the case as they will then say its not FOC and supply a cost instead. They do this as after you have spent potentially hours backing up and packaging the phone you are more likely to agree to the charge as they have it their possession. However, if they gave you a price before sending you will probably not send it. And they have the audacity to call themselves Honor, absolute disgrace. Repair number SBE Ref 1-31-14-7740158-001

PRIVACY & SECURITY THREAT
DO NOT PURCHASE. Honor is a former Huawei sub-brand that is expanding into Western markets and remains closely tied to the Chinese state and Chinese cybersecurity laws. This creates serious risks of personal data access, monitoring, and transfer to state-owned entities. Honor devices are a significant privacy and security threat for all users.
I sent an email regarding the Honor V3
I sent an email regarding the Honor V3, which is under warranty until 2027, because a green line appeared on the inner display. Of course, customer service never got back to me, and it looks like they have no intention of doing so. I believe that everyone who has experienced similar damage should share their experience with Honor and the warranty process on all platforms, so that other people won’t be affected and the company finally starts dealing with this properly, as they should. If this is how they treat customers, then customers should respond to Honor in the same way.
My sons Honor Pro200 had charging…
My sons Honor Pro200 had charging issues. After hassle finally got it sent off via postal repair. SBE came back some days later saying not covered under warranty as there was a scratch on the lens sent me a quote for over £200, told them forget the lens just fix the charging issue they told me they couldn't and to contact Honor, wh9ch i did......guess what they wouldn't repair it and so they sent it back. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!
ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY, UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE A HONOR V3 MAGIC AND HAD AN EVEN WORSE EXPERIENCE...SEE MY OTHER REVIEW!
Frustrating Experience – 3 Stars
The Honor phone offers good value with solid specs, a great screen, and reliable battery life. It handles everyday tasks well.
However, the camera is inconsistent, often struggling in low light. More frustrating is the customer service, which is slow and unhelpful, making any issue a chore to resolve.
You get capable hardware, but the overall support and polish are lacking. It's a decent phone with noticeable compromises.
If there was a
If there was a - a million for a Honor phone I'd give it!!! Take my advice which I learned the hard way don't buy a Honor phone!! They are unbelievably rubbish!! Slow as #### the Camara is sooooooooooooo bad!! Call's are a nightmare, phone cuts off..overall I've NEVER had a fone so bad!! RUBBISH RUBBISH PHONE!!!
DON'T! YOU WERE WARNED!
Placed an order last Monday for an Honor 200 Pro, tracking shows there was a problem at the sorting depot and it's effectively gone missing. Honor refuse to do anything about it until their investations are complete, mean while holding MY money with no product!
Absolute joke. Will be doinga chargeback on my card.
Built cheap work cheap
Phones are dreadful barely work to a decent manner and when I take a picture or record anything it looks and sounds like I've used a device from the 1910s the microphones and cameras are literally the worst I've ever seen and I've used some cheap cheap budget phones and all of them are better than an honor facts, I'd never buy another honor phone or recommend anyone else to buy one either, must have cost all of 10 pence to make the phone I have genuinely.
