Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Business place open and on two occasions marked as "attempted to deliver... shop closure". In between the first attempt I requested warehouse pickup in which they said 1-2 days I will receive instructions. On day 3 they redelivered instead "on the way with driver" at which point that would have been fine. Then I receive an unable to deliver because business closure. We were definitely open. No attempts of delivery made (checked CCTV too). Now I asked to be called back the same day by someone who can give me answers, and no call back or answers.

I booked for a Shein reverse order and for 12 days they did not call or come to pick up the consignment. I tried reaching out, calling, sent 2 emails but to no avail. 13th day they called and promised to come the following day. That was the last i heard from them.. The 14 days allowed by Shein are over and now i have to pay for the stuff that i wanted to return. No apology no word from them. Very unprofessional, no business ethics.
The Most useless courier service ever
The Most useless courier service ever. The delivery address is a business opens 8 am - 8 pm everyday.
On the first delivery attempt they said it went back to warehouse due to an accident.
After 5 days of tracking, the second attempt, it says failed to deliver due to accident.
Third attempt failed to deliver @5:30 pm. No additional information provided on this.
Fourth attempt failed to deliver @8:30 pm. who delivers at that time to a business address.
Fifth attempt - accident again.
at this time I contacted the customer service via email and they said, they schedules it for the next day. I did not receive it.
I went to Whatsapp support and they re-confirm the address, business hours and where to deliver and said they will deliver the next day. Still no show.
one day after the whatsapp support, the tracking said, unable to deliver, return to sender.
What a joke.
I have been working for this business for last 14 years and receives parcels at least once a week. But never seen any one worst like this.
There is no option for zero star otherwise I would have given zero.
If any business uses this courier for their delivery I will stop purchasing from them.

I Mile is a terrible service. They lost one of my packages and never responded to my emails. They leave packages on the Main Street instead of arriving to my mail box. Don’t know why companies are using them!!!!!

Terrible service twice now stated that delivery was attempted but no one was home and no safe place to leave my package and both times there was no actual real delivery attempt.. first time I was home all day and second time nothing came to my property as I have cameras and no-one had come to my property.... Both times I end up waiting for ages before another attempt is made and the first time it was just left in my letterbox... Ridiculous

The iMiLe delivery company provides extremely poor service. I have made many purchases on AliExpress before, but this is the first time a package was delivered to the wrong address and left outside on the street with no recipient and a closed house. This is completely unacceptable. Standard delivery procedure requires the courier to leave a notice for the customer to collect the package at the post office if delivery is unsuccessful. This company failed to follow basic delivery standards and showed a serious lack of responsibility.

Pretty bad. This is my first delivery from imile. Last week they didn't deliver due to 'incorrect address', the address was correct. The parcel went back to the 'warehouse' wherever that is. I'm guessing a capital city as it's now 7 days after the first failed attempt and I just got the same email saying my address is wrong. This is despite several emails and a phone call last week confirming my address and my request for the driver to call me if they were having problems finding us. I don't see why, every other delivery company can manage it.
YEG location is embarrassing
YEG location. I had a parcel that was attempted for delivery AFTER our business hours and after days of back and forth with their online chat agent, I was able to pick up my parcel. They had the parcel for 2 weeks and are located literally 4 minutes from my delivery address and couldn't find a way to deliver my parcel between 8am-5pm. The local office is in embarrassing amounts of disarray. Big boxes and bins full of undelivered parcels in rooms all over the place. Nothing is secured. A big EMPTY warehouse with empty sorting bins and no delivery trucks in sight. These parcels don't even look like any delivery attempt was ever made at all. The 1 employee working there when I arrived was completely unaware that i was coming in, even after the online agent said she would let them know. AND I had to wait almost 15 minutes while he rifled through piles of packages in different boxes and rooms to find my parcel. I can't image anyone waiting for a parcel to be delivered by this local branch has ever been happy with their experience. If I were a less than honest person, I could have easily lifted and pocketed any number of parcels that were just sitting by the main door. If you do have a parcel with these guys, I would highly recommend heading down to their local office and just picking it up yourself. You'll never get it otherwise.
Horrible experience
My parcel was marked as out for delivery but was never delivered. I have now been waiting for 3 days without any update. Customer service was unhelpful and confusing, and no one could explain where my parcel is. Very poor communication and unreliable service.

Fake delivery attempts, zero accountability, and customer service that does nothing. Still waiting on my SHEIN package. Hands down the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with.

Driver returned parcel to their vehicle after delivery
I was at home and saw a driver leave my item (not in a secure location). I went out to see then returning from their car with another item, pick up the first one and then ‘deliver’ the second item. They then returned to the vehicle with the first parcel (only one was left). Two delivery motivations were received but only one parcel left.
Three weeks later the keep telling game it is being investigated. The supplier and PayPal won’t refund me money because I-Mile keep telling them they have delivered the item which they haven’t.
Beyond frustrated at everything about the situation
By far the worst delivery company out there. I don't know why temu and other companies insist on using them

WORST experience ever !! And It’s frustrating they should STOP using iMile, they keep on taking parcel back to depot doesn’t provide clear information. This has been stressful, time-wasting, and completely unprofessional.
