Item not delivered
The item was purchased on the 4th fornita delivery on the 5th to my wife for hwr birthday. She was contacted saying the item will not be delivered due to some urgency and that it will be delivered to her next week once she is back. That was a birthday bouquet and therefore it lost its significance as a birthday surprise.

Having been let down by other online florists I keep coming back to Interflora, who give consistently reliable, good service. A good range of floral options at reasonable prices. Efficient deliveries and any additional instructions noted.
Flowers were never delivered. Believe this is a scam
Ordered flowers 3-4 weeks ago that never arrived. We were first told we would get a refund, then the refund never arrived so I contacted customer service and they did not want to refund us and said they would deliver the flowers. The flowers were never delivered after this and I have contacted customer service again and they are no longer replying to me.
I would not recommend using this company. Feels like a scam, and from the website (French) it looks like they have big financial problems.
This was a present and it’s sad that they have ruined it. If I don’t follow up I would not have heard anything. I ordered beginning if January and still nothing. This must be a joke

Only one point negativ, no chance to change date or time after the order if there is a mistake in, at least I didn´t find a way. (not perfect in french)

Absolutely terrible service!
Absolutely terrible service! Ordered flowers 2 days prior for my mother's 80th birthday. Delivery was to be between 8am - 1pm, flowers never arrived! I had to visit local florists in my area searching for my bouquet! Which I eventually found, and presented to my mother at 5.30pm in the evening! And even though I had purchased a large bouquet, the bouquet that I collected was much smaller than described and shown in Interfloras site examples! Will always just contact my local florist for flowers in future!

Very poor App…
Interflora France provide an essential service but for some reason still have a very poor App - takes far too long, full of inconsistencies, doesn’t work out obvious “errors” and correct them automatically - for instance if google automatically adds both name of town and postcode, instead of one or the other, the App says “address invalid” instead of doing the logical thing… Because of this, for the second time they screwed up my delivery

Do not recommend this platform I used previously . No more local flower shop in my city. Just one in a close city . Delivery done without calling the recepient. Person away. Refused a second delivery and ask a 83 old people to pick up the delivery by herself. Had to contact friend to send her to the shop. Nice flower at 100 Euros +15 euros for delivery. Next time I will contact a nearby flower shop and ask them which site they are on to support local community.

Ordered a plant for my mom's birthday…
Ordered a plant for my mom's birthday which is still in preparation 2 months later. I send a couple of mails to customers service but never received any answer. I kept trying to get an answer from them but never happened.
Very disappointing when you live far from family and wanted to surprise them. i will never use Interflora anymore.
