Good prices, craftsmanship and service

Very competitive prices and good service. I’ve got many things from them before and it’s been always been fine.

Last time i placed an order the item was unfortunately made with a small difference according to what i ordered. Just a mail with a couple of pictures was enough for them to offered a new piece as should be and a delivery free of charge (which wasn’t paid for on the original order). Absolutely a good experience with a good costumer care.

Good quality

This is my second time i am buying. It took 11 days to make windows. Delivery to door. High quality and service. Recomending 100%.

Poor delivery service

Be aware they do not bring the glass in when delivering. We had no idea that was the case as we could not see it in their delivery info page or in the emails. Our glass was subsequently left out in the rain and wind, on a public street. The glass had no corner protection and was balancing on some tiny pieces of wood.

They also do not schedule deliveries so I was alone at home and could not bring up the glass for multiple hours, meaning i had to stand watch so that it would not be nocked down by the wind. I lost an entire work day over this.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the packaging of the product. We only wrap glass if customers order it. When you have added the glass to the basket, a window will pop up where you can purchase additional packaging. We do this for 3 reasons, partly for the sake of the environment, partly because our Glass fitter customers have always received glass unpacked, and finally, there are actually fewer complaints about unwrapped glass than wrapped glass, partly because it is treated more roughly and partly because it is opened with a knife which can scratch the glass. We believe the best way is for the customer to decide for themselves whether they want to pay for packaging.
