Lascana: A Frustrating Customer Experience
My recent experience with Lascana's website and customer service was incredibly frustrating, to the point where I'd advise potential customers to look elsewhere. The issues began with a double charge on my credit card for a single order of two sweaters. Despite my credit card statement clearly showing two transactions, Lascana's customer service insisted there was only one order. This discrepancy was never resolved, leaving me with an unaddressed double charge.
Adding to the confusion was the website's inability to process my Canadian billing address. Even though Lascana's website provides a dropdown menu for Canadian addresses, it repeatedly rejected my billing information. This is particularly puzzling given that my credit card is universally accepted and the order was being shipped to a U.S. address, meaning the billing address should have had no bearing on the shipping.
The overall experience was chaotic and highlighted a significant lack of competent customer support. It seems there's no clear channel for complaints, and even phone agents appeared ill-equipped to handle even basic issues. Based on this "gong show" of an experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Lascana.

Unfortunately, neither. I had purchased the items through Target online who, evidently, is a 3rd party vendor. That being said, I was out of town for a few weeks and when I returned the bikinis had been delivered. A week and one half later (33 days) I tried to return the items to Target. Unknown to me, Lascana's agreement with Target is a 30 day return policy. Target said that their hands are tied. I contacted Lascana and they will not accept the return because I purchased it through Target.I'd never experienced anything like this with Target and thought that Lascana would be more reasonable and understanding. Obviously not.

Bikini bottoms came stained with dye in the back so I returned the set… wasn’t crazy about the color anyway. They would not apply the same coupon discount to the replacement bottoms I ordered to match another top from the first order. They also change the prices on items from day to day. A pair of bottoms can be 29.00 one day and the next 39.00. This is not shown as a sale price. It is shown as the original price. Not sure if this is legal, but the customer rep said that it’s smart business practice. Totally regret buying from this company!

I ordered 3 dresses on 2-22. None were back ordered. When I received one of the dresses, I got notice that 2 were back ordered but would ship soon. Then I got another notice on 3-6 that the dresses would not ship until the end of March, after my vacation. I will not order from Lascana again.

I cancelled an order 12/19/24 due to their three attempts of unable to charge my card. She then asked if I had another credit card. I informed her that I would not be giving her another credit card. Well on Dec. 27th my nightmare began with a charge on my account and a backorder charge also. Now I have to get on the phone and go over again what stated on 12/19/24. Now I'm in 2025 with another nightmare because they have shipped out the backorder on 12/30/2024 and charged my card yet again. I called again this is now my 6th call only to be informed again that when I send the item back it will get my money back. However, if I'm charge a return fee to call them and they will manually remove it. I informed her as of Dec. 19, 2024, your company was not authorized to charge my card for anything. And that you better not charge it again final notice 1/2/2025. I do not like their business practice this is unethical behavior and just out right exhausting. Why are we still here in 2025???????????????????????

I am 5’1” and weigh 116. I bought a size 2. The length of the dress was lopsided, being a whole inch longer on one side. I had to have my friend fix it as well as the straps because they were too loose. The dress does not look as good on as it does in the advertisement. The material seems like good quality and the pattern is as pictured. The dress came in a reasonable amount of time.

I spend a lot of money, ordering from LASCANA. I never seem to get the discounts or free shipping. I still order. I like the clothes. My experience calling this morning Thursday 08/29/2024 at 8:30 a.m. EST was not good. Maria was very rude. I expect friendly and helpful service. I requested a call back from a supervisor. Thank you. Using the funds from returns with certificate is not possible. It will not accept and keeps asking for CC. Impossible. I will not make that mistake again

Placed my first order and I have to say the quality is good. Not the typical clothing from CHINA, so sick of that. One item was too large and my return was free and I am waiting to receive the smaller item. Delivery was very quick and customer service and returns easy!!! First impression 5!
I ordered an off the shoulder/ gathered elastic Carmen style shirt to wear on vacation and it feels like a thin/ cheap bed sheet. The fabric is truly that of the cheapest quality. It’s a sad thing to see no sense of quality in the clothing that is being shipped out to people who work hard for their money.

I never thought about looking at Trustpilot to see Lascana reviews. I would not have ordered from this company if I had read the reviews first. If you are lucky and you get something you like, you have nothing to worry about. But if you order something and it doesn't fit, you could easily get ripped off.
The clothing was acceptable, cute styles, the return was not terrible, but using the e certificate was miserable. I placed the order a month ago using the e-certificates, after 2 live chats and it apparently never went through, re-selected items today and again 2 chats telling me to do what I already did with no success. Called the company and a gentlemen assisted in placing the order, but I have hours into trying to order simple items. So frustrating.
I purchased a dress and a shirt over 8 months ago. I was charged immediately. I received the shirt after 4 months. It’s been a very long time, NO DRESS! I am ignored on my emails now. Please process my refund.
I have purchased t shirt bra (in total 5 items, 3 via Lascana direct and 2 via Zalando). Bra is soft and it was a really good size match, but it has a rubber on the edges that caused me serious scars, the rubber is too solid and when in touch with skin it creates water blisters that turn into ugly scars. I wrote to them and they said I should return the items, I packed all of the items separately as per instructions (all delivered at same time) and I got a refund from Zalando. I have been now for days writing to Lascana, I got refund for 1 item and I keep getting responses from different customer support people, always asking to share what have I returned and promising they will do something. No refund or no proper response from them yet. I am really disappointed both with quality and customer support.

Don’t ever order here. They will scam you out of as many return fees as possible. Which I am certain that returns happen often when it comes to swimsuits

Do not order from this company unless you want almost-daily marketing emails from which Unsubscribe will never work. One transaction with them and over a year of annoyance so I won’t ever consider another transaction.

I purchased Two bras 34d this is the size I always wear, both bras from Lascana were to big all over. I have to return for refund as they don’t do size 32, they are now deducting $14 for postage and promotion discount when it isn’t my thought they are not sized right😡and they don’t do smaller.

The bra I ordered was listed under the "Red" color category with mesh inserts item # X03084. This is NOT red. It is between a burgundy and brown color and is heavily padded. The mesh inserts are hardly visible.
This also has a seam down the front of each cup. This is a very unattractive item. Lascana did refund my money even though it was a final sale as it was not as presented. I pressed for the refund.
Completely unreliable shipping and their entire customer service model is built a belief that that their customers must do the work fix the mistakes they make.
Ordered several items for a trip. Paid extra for express shipping. Order didn’t come because they apparently they got “ lots of other orders that day” Now I don’t have what I need to go away and plus the added joy of having to track the package (srsly… they instructed me to call UPS daily to try and get a tracking number since the item has not left lascana warehouse… I will be traveling internationally and I am expected to do this daily?) The I have to arrange for someone to pick it up and go through the full return process when I return. They won’t even refund the express shipping fee! What help did I get? Advice from the customer service agent that I should have placed the order a day sooner because all of those items shipped on time
