Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store to anyone. I paid for the product on 14th December, I did not receive it and I have not received the refund until now. I will have to take legal action against them. Luckily, I am a lawyer and I can handle it, but if you don't want to lose a few hundred euros and time, choose another store.

One star for the case arriving in reasonable time and one star for a reasonable discount on the case.
Or so it appeared when I ordered it.
Minus 3 stars for complete lack of customer care.
The lovely Samsonite case arrived and looks great. However there’s a defect inside where a zip has been put in the wrong way around (inside out) plus the pull is missing from the zip.
I contacted Le Sac as soon as I discovered this with photos to show the fault.
Imagine my utter surprise when they said they did not do replacements, only refunds.
In my opinion the only reason for this is all cases Le Sac sell probably have defects, therefore if I received a replacement, there would probably be another defect. (They deny this, but I cannot see another logical reason why they have this ‘policy’ and they didn’t enlighten me.)
What company doesn’t replace a defective item?
I have never come across one.
I decided to keep the case as I needed it to travel. It does leave a bad taste in the mouth, but I won’t be using or recommending this company again now or in the future.
2/5 - do better with your service.

Good customer service follow up on order, prompt response to queries until all orders were delivered
Very bad experience. I ordered a Furla Mia Stella Tote L bag, but I received a completely different small black bag, also from Furla, but completely different. The bag had a misleading tag attached to it, Mia Stella Tote L, which is a complete fraud, it seems intentional. I will still have to pay extra to send it back from Latvia. I do not recommend Le Sac.
And the fake tag was attached to both the wrong bag and the fabric packaging, which is never on the bags sent by Furla. Because it is a deliberate scam. Also, the indication that Le Sac outlet charges a 5% fee for each returned shipment is actually a scam, because through their fault, inappropriate items were delivered, but they still charge a commission for returning them.

I’ve been in contact with Le Sac’s customer service for four months now regarding a simple warranty case, and there is still no solution.
The team keeps telling me they have no update and that I should continue waiting.
Out of a set of three suitcases, two are already broken and those are the only ones I actually used.
Update (27.01.2026):
The replacement wheels still haven‘t been provided after almost half a year. Thank you Le Sac for answering my comment, however I would prefer receiving solutions….
You have sent me an email one month ago, that you can‘t ship the replacement wheels due to the holiday season and they STILL haven‘t arrived…
I really have the feeling that you are joking with me!

I have made the order on Friday (13/06/25) on Monday (16/06/25) at 8:00 in the morning, I sent them an email asking about the cancellation.
They told me the order is being shipped, so they can not do it. It is not true, as I have the shipping company link with updates (that they sent me) and it says (18/06/25 at 2:30 pm) that they didn't deliver the product to them, so it CANNOT be shipped!
Please, do NOT BUY things here.
PS. Your response is far from reality and I have emails with dates and times to prove that what I am saying is true! I made the order on Friday evening and emailed you to cancel on Monday at 8:00 in the morning. Got the shipment link yesterday, and it says that you DIDN'T DELIVER the product to their magazine! Also, YOU STOPPED responding to my emails, but you immediately responded to this.

Which means the number you gave me is non existing one!
Ps. 2 I was given a new tracking number and this time everything has worked correctly. I got the suitcase WHICH has happened after writing this negative review. It was stressful and shouldn't look like that.

I'm very satisfied with the purchase! The order arrived quickly and the item is as expected. The price I paid was the lowest I've seen for the American Tourister troller I've purchased and the product is original, has all the labels and arrived packed in the original box.
Disappointing and frustrating.
I paid nearly £800 for Brics suitcases and was really happy with the order. But I was then contacted and told that delivery was at least 30 days and a customs tax would be applied. They didn’t know how much this would be. I was asked if I wanted to continue with the purchase and I declined. I was promised a refund within 7 days and weeks later, I’m still waiting and chasing. A refund has apparently been applied to a PayPal account, however, I do not have one and used Amex. Now I’m not even getting a response to emails and will have to escalate to Trading Standards and American Express.

I ordered my gloves as soon as they were back in stock and received them within 5 days. I couldn’t wait to try my new gloves out. I have what is a NEVER ENDING problem with blackberries. Sometimes they are at times the thickness of a 10cent piece. These thorn proof gloves ARE AMAZING!! I am SO GLAD I made the purchase and will no longer have scars on my hands or arms🎉
!! ATTENTION !! leSac Outlet sends defective products and finally they do not refund shipping return costs. I had to return the defect product from Germany to Milan, Italy, which cost me 16,50€. The return process was not only complicated and time consuming, in the end leSac said they will not refund the shipping costs because I was not using GLS as currier. But leSac informed me in written form before that the customer may chooe the currier, so I chose DHL. Attached is the evidence for that. LeSac people do not know their own process. LeSac is only available by email. If you send an email to clienti@le-sac it it is like talking to a wall. They do not understand the simple thing that their automated return process informs the client to choose any currier. So in the end you get a defective product, you spend time and effort to return it and you have a loss of minimum 16,50€ for the smallest parcel to return it to Italy. I would never by at leSac again and would not recommend this shop to anyone."
Again, what I received was an email saying "client shall choose any currier". Obviously leSac did a mistake, or they do not know that they share contradictory information.
So again !! ATTENTION !! when leSac makes a mistake they do not admit that, they make the client responsible and pay for it.

I definitly discourage everyone from buying articles from this outlet. I ordered a pair of Timbaland boots and the leather started to peel off after two months of wearing (occasionally, not daily). They refused giving money back trying to convince me the shoes were rubbed. They were not.
