Generally good. My only criticism is the packaging, the outer box had been crushed which also damaged the inner box. The lights were undamaged and work perfectly.

The down-lights are exactly as expected, great quality and easy to install. However, the delivery (by FedEx) was a catalogue of missed appointments and lies, "next day delivery" took three days.
