Really helpful! She was amazing, broke down every aspect of barista training including cleaning the machines, milk steaming & latte art.

Clair taught us the basic coffee training on how to make different drinks such as latte’s and mocha’s and explained it all really well, feel quite confident making them now.

I really enjoyed doing my barista training with Gosia! She was really nice and patient and made the training a very enjoyable day. I feel more confident in my coffee making now.
