This has to be the most frustrating and incompetent service that I have experienced. I have arranged for a parcel to be collected from my home address as of yesterday, Evri then rearranged collection for today 22/1. The status on Evri website states that the parcel has been collected and yet it is still sitting in my hallway. I have stayed at home and wasted two days waiting for the collection. Furthermore, every time I attempt to speak with Evri customer services I am met with an automated message saying that my parcel has been collected. Very, very poor and untrustworthy company.

Driver stole my parcel and sent proof!
The driver stole my parcel, a gift for my son, they even sent me proof of the fact with a picture of an empty packet left outside my neighbours. They aren't doing anything about it and that is infuriating.

This is the worst delivery experience I've ever had via an Amazon order. The tracking is utterly hopeless giving alternate & confusing messages on the Hermes website saying they attempted delivery ( Twice !) And unable to find safe place ( there are many !) I WAS HOME at both stated times ! Alternatively on Amazon tracking over 2 seperate days item ( catfood) is still on its way . Absolutely infuriating , and a complete waste of my time ...I now have to wait until 22nd january before Amazon can offer fund . This item was ordered on 13th . JAN !I have had phoney delivery messages info 16th '17th& 19th Jan. I will complete a further review of the company who are using this useless Hermes delivery on Amazon site .

Absolutely shocking! Why people still use this company is beyond me, parcels marked as delivered but they ain't even had to send the seller video footage off the ring door bell for the time they said they had delivered it but they clearly hadn't! Avid at all cost.

Refund was received promptly for returned ear cuff. Return was by UPS, collected from my door after I made one simple request to return on the phone to a helpful and sympathetic customer support person who spoke perfect English.

Rubbish
No updates, no notifications, no knock on door. Left my parcel behind the wheelie bin in the pouring rain at 2pm, found it by accident in the evening soaking wet through. Luckily it was wrapped in cellophane so wasn't damaged. Utterly disgusting and disrespectful. I wouldn't choose to use them, it was the amazon sellers choice.

Probably the worst delivery company. How the drivers get away with just submitting blank wall photos and saying it was delivered is beyond me. I contacted them and EVRI say that the issue will be escalated to the driver and then when I later check the 'more details' section they have now changed the postcode so that I can no longer view the fake 'delivered' image (Which i had screenshotted in and passed on in order to escalate the issue in the first place). If I had known that it was going to be delivered by hermes i probably would have never ordered. It's full of drivers that lie and steal parcels.

This is the most god-awful courier company ever! Why the online businesses use them, beats me. I have been expecting and tracking my parcel. Then suddenly, today, I get an update notification about my delivery. Before I could open it, another one saying my parcel has been delivered! Yet, I'm at home, sitting on my sofa, and there was not a knock on the door. Then I go to the app, and they have included a photo of where they delivered my parcel. It's a blue door which could be anywhere. I live in a block of 105 flats! I live on the 17th floor and my door is RED!!!! My door number is inscribed boldly on my door in gold numbers!!! How can the delivery man mix up 95 with any other number except if he is illiterate? The last time, a few weeks ago, another EVRI/HERMES delivery man handed my parcel to a neighbour who i don't know on one of the lower floors!!!! That was shocking!!! When I asked the neighbour how come he has my parcel, apparently, he had a delivery too by the same guy, and then he asked him if he could take my parcel for me - a person who doesn't know me and whom I don't know! This is so out of order!!! The standards are very abysmal and the people who do the deliveries are ignorant and illiterate!!!! I would implore businesses to stop using them. They are a big liability!!!

I bought a product from China two weeks ago. It was picked up by evri who lost my package. I ordered the same package again. Hermes/Evri lost it again. My question: How many times do I have to order the package for Evri to be able to bring it to me? This courier company is without a doubt the worst in the UK.
