I signed up for a newsletter, with "gift"of a code for reduction with blanc date of value. that was 11 september.
On the 15 september I want to order online because my product is not available in stores.
The code wasn't working and their phone 088-0088112 neither.

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. My 100€ shoelaces torn apart after 2-3 months of usage. The back of the shoes after stepping in it for the first time wrinkled and I am being blamed for.
How hypocrite that we have to listen to saving the world continuously, not over shower, lower the heating but it is okay for companies to creat product that does not last for more than few months.
In the past companies were able to create a light bulp that lasted for 120 years, or clothes were usable for years now you telling me that 3 months of usage is reasonable to look like that.
Update: Let me change my 2 star to 1 star because of Lysanne support.

Been to long in the box or maybe a bit use in the store, I changed them in the store and asked for a new one’s delivered to my house, got them again with the same issue, the material of the front of th shoe seemed used, I will just return them and get my money back because seems like the shoes there are not good quality or at least they do not give me the ones that are fully new
