Mismatch between price and quality

Booked a rather expensive skiing vacation with a spacious Prestige hotel room. The room turned out to be a very small standard room because "Nortlanders definition of a prestige room is not the same as the hotel's prestige rooms". That's BS.

So one star for a complete mismatch between price and quality.

Week 7 to Saalbach

Week 7 to Saalbach. Family of 2 adults + 2 children.
Generally a very nice holiday.
Hotel Auwirt was good, and food variety and quality good.
There were a few problems with the room given at check in compared to what was booked. However, the hotel and Nortlander representatives worked on a fix quite quickly, and was solved professionally.

Best Ski company!

We have been on ski vacation with Nortlander several times. We always buy the same package transport all way, ski card, half board catering in the hotels boarded and serviced with Nortlander team. Never been disappointed - it's easy, good service/food and value for money. We have this year been in La Rosiere at Oliver so great food and the staff was service-minded.. In Easter we are going again :-) to Val Thorens in France we will stay at Bel Horizon, which I'm looking forward to.

Northlander has never disappointed us

We have used Northlander for our ski trips for several years now, and have never been disappointed. They are always really helpful in the ordering process, the following mails with easy payment methods are easy to use. The guides are always only a sms away, and always helpful.
Will use Nortlander again next year.

Great time skiing in Livigno

We had a great experience skiing in Livigno. Nortlander was very helpful with booking and also helping out at the destination. Had private lessons by a very skilled ski guide who was able to turn my poor skiing into me trusting my abilities to ski down the slopes! Very positive and reassuring ski guide! Thank you! Our stay was perfect and close to the town center which had many good restaurants and shops. We can highly recommend Nortlander and are sure to come back.

We have nothing to complain about

We have nothing to complain about, all the guides were helpful and made sure that we at all time had a great experience 😊
Next time we are going on holiday we will definitely think about those Nortlander again instead of booking it all for our self...

Family ski holiday in Italy

We were on a family ski holiday in Italy with Nortlander and we are very pleased. Both before and during the entire holiday, Nortlander was on their toes to provide the service they advertise with and they did well. We will not hesitate to choose Nortlander next time it is on a skiing holiday, and we would also recommend that others do the same. Thanks to Nortlander

Can absolutly recommend travel with…

Can absolutly recommend travel with Northlander 🔝 Many young people there does all they can do for you while on Holiday. Great packages, great locations for their hotels, nice variaty of the food.

Disappointing

Just returned from 4 days skiing trip in St Anton arranged by Nortlander. Very disappointed with the description of the hotel (Hotel Edelweiss) in Nortlander’s advertising material vs. the quality of the hotel on ground;
- Room for skiing gear was unlocked for the whole period (broken door) and was very dirty with no cleaning during our stay (full of stones from the outside)
- Heater for our skiing boots was broken
- Steam bath in the wellness area did not work
- Doors and windows could not be properly locked
- Kitchen could not serve warm meals and thus we had to have dinner at a different hotel
- Poor cleaning of our room (bathroom was not cleaned properly)
- Restroom at the breakfast restaurant was out of function

And worst part is that when we complained, the feedback from Nortlander can best be described as indifferent (to put it nicely). Definitely not traveling with this travel agent again!

Great vacation

Great vacation. Transport worked fine and nice hotel. Don't have the need for using the guides but worked fine when we arrived at the airport, in the city where we were transported to our hotel. Same when we left,
