Verfälschte Lieferzeiten / False shipping times
EN: I ordered a mechanical keyboard here, while buying it said in green font "1-3 working days" as delivery time.
After 2 days nothing happened, I looked again at the product page and now it was "Available from: June 24, 2022". On the 24th, this text changed to "Available from: 27 June 2022". After an initial request to the support it was said that the keyboard was probably there on 24.06, but this turned out to be wrong.
What particularly bothered me here is that the product page at the time of purchase gave the impression that the product was in stock although this was apparently not true.
At least the return took very quickly (a few minutes) to confirm.
DE: Habe eine mechanische Tastatur hier bestellt, beim Kauf hieß es in grüner Schrift "1-3 Werktage" als Lieferzeit.
Nachdem sich 2 Tage lang nichts getan hat, habe ich nochmal auf die Produktseite geschaut und nun hieß es "Verfügbar ab: 24. Juni 2022". Am 24. änderte sich dieser Text zu "Verfügbar ab: 27. Juni 2022 ".
Auf eine anfängliche Anfrage beim Support hieß es, die Tastatur sei voraussichtlich am 24.06 da, dies erwieß sich dann aber als falsch.
Was mich hier besonders gestört hatte ist das die Produktseite beim Kauf den Anschein erweckte, das Produkt sei auf Lager obwohl dies anscheinend nicht stimmte.
Immerhin die Retoure hat sehr schnell (wenige Minuten) zur Bestätigung gedauert.

Everything went according to plan. I ordered a PC with an I9 9900KF CPU, 32GB RAM, 1TB Seagate SSD, RTX2060 GPU. The order was delivered quite fast and they took care in the packaging so the unit arrived without a scratch. Price was good also!

Edit: trustpilot send me an email because one.de want to delete my experiment ... the thing still the same i miss my money for the return ... after some mails i just get 60€ back on the 150€ and i had to ask for it lol ... they asked me to return it with DHL it's what i have done, and they never told me it was limited to 60€ ... try to send a 12kg box with DHL with 60€ ... Good luck ...
Next time send the back bill by email and/or refund it before we have to ask for the half of the price ...

wir möchten uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten vielmals entschuldigen. Dein System wurde von uns mit der DHL versendet. Leider kam es beim Transport zu einem Transportschaden, sodass dein System bereits defekt bei dir angekommen ist. Aufgrund dieses Schadens, welcher auf den unsachgemäßen Transport zurück zu führen ist, konnte die Grafikkarte nicht angesteuert werden und hat letztendlich kein Bild ausgegeben. Grafikkarten werden von uns zusätzlich mit einer Halterung verbaut, die die Grafikkarte nochmals stabilisiert.
Aufgrund der noch immer andauernden sehr schlechten Verfügbarkeiten von einzelnen Bauteilen, wie beispielsweise Grafikkarten, Netzteilen und CPUs, kommt es immer wieder zu Lieferverzögerungen, welche auch die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Reparaturen betreffen. Wir kommunizieren täglich mit Herstellern und Zulieferfirmen, um wichtige Bauteile in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung zu haben. Die in deinem System verbaute Grafikkarte ist derzeit leider nicht verfügbar, leider haben wir hier auch keinen genauen Liefertermin. Wir können daher die Grafikkarte nicht in einem Sofortaustausch ersetzen, sodass wir das System nicht umgehend wieder an dich senden könnten. Wenn wir die Grafikkarte zum Hersteller einsenden, müssen wir hier derzeit mit einer Bearbeitungszeit von ca. 4 – 12 Wochen rechnen.
Da wir dir diese langen Wartezeiten nicht zumuten möchten, haben wir dir das gekaufte System und die angefallen Standard – Versandkosten für den Rückversand zu uns bereits erstattet.
