Adding hidden charges and blaming UPS…

Adding hidden charges and blaming UPS but when contacted UPS they confirmed no additional charges where added to package. I will be filing a fraud case about this even more when they a 40% profit on the postage fee instead of me going directly to UPS.

Scammers, they steal your money

I am a visiting student and I needed to ship my suitcase from my study city to London. I put the suitcase option on their website, measured and weighted everything millions of times and tried to be as precise as possible, following all of the instructions in their website. First of all I arrived at the location where I had to drop the suitcase and they told me that I needed to but it in a metal box… no where in the website it said that I needed to do that and I’ve never heard of someone doing that for a 20 kg suitcase. Then it gave confusing time confirmations on the tracking app and delivered the parcel way before it was supposed to be delivered. And worst of all, they charged me literally almost the same of what the shipping cost for “inconveniences” and didn’t even bothered on telling me what I did wrong because “they haven’t seen my parcel” which was already delivered? Weeks ago? And now, weeks after I delivered they keep on adding additional charges and taking money from my account. A complete scam. Don’t use this

Poor experience

A very disappointing and poor experience. The collection booked with UPS didn't happen despite waiting in for 2 days. Contacted Parcel Hero who suggested rebooking which could only be done for 5 days time. This meant my buyer would miss his deadline. Decided to deliver the parcel myself as I no longer trusted the services. When I cancelled got charged £6. Looked to complain and it means writing..yes writing to a London address. What a joke. Definitely won't be using this company again.

Horrible company to deal with if…

Horrible company to deal with if anything should go wrong. The courier shattered a £180+ sink that was being returned for a refund. Months and months on they are still changing the requirments to pay for the item even though I made sure I had the correct level of cover should anything go wrong. Avoid them at all costs.

Additional Payment for delivery

Parcelhero originally charged £139 to return a parcel via DHL. An “Adjustment Invoice” for a further £165 was raised and removed from my current account. It was claimed that the parcel was overweight by 20kg. I have provided photographic and other evidence that this was not true. I tried contacting DHL direct but they were not willing to help me obtain a refund. I have not had an explanation as to how the parcel gained 20kg in weight and I have not been offered a refund. Parcelhero have not been helpful and no stars would be a more accurate assessment.

There is nothing heroic at Parcel Hero

There is nothing heroic at Parcel Hero. They lost my son's whole suitcase and after 7 months of trying to communicate with an email only company with two people who perform like AI chat bots - they have declined his claim.
