Late levering

Beste Marty,

Allereerst bedankt voor je bestelling!

We hebben het even nagekeken en zien dat je de bestelling op vrijdagavond na 16:00 uur gedaan hebt. We hebben deze bestelling zoals aangegeven op onze webshop de volgende werkdag (maandag) verzonden en deze is gewoon op dinsdag bij je geleverd volgens schema. We begrijpen dan ook niet helemaal waarom je aangeeft dat de bestelling een late levering zou zijn.

Een tip voor de volgende keer is om op de vrijdag voor 16:00 uur te bestellen dan heb je het normaal gesproken gewoon op zaterdag in huis.

Humane and empathetic customer service

I ordered an appetite stimulator treat for my cat who was in final stages of lymphoma, therefore not eating. Unfortunately, my pet passed away and I asked for my order to be cancelled. I received an answer almost immediately, with the cancellation confirmation and a sweet message consoling me. I thought it was such a humane and empathetic way of dealing with my request. Also efficient. Thank you!
