Goodf or benefits cash back, advances and early payments etc but for questions that involves in them paying you money or the confronting them about the lies they tell you etc all you get is "you're quiery is passed onto one of our agents" And cloae you're chat done a charge back claim for a scam company that took £135 off me in October took them until December to send me the charge back form and for the past few weeks I've been advised that it takes up to 49 days sometimes 50 to sort out and kept getting told to message on the 50th day if no response or update I message on the 49th day to get a instant reply stating in some cases it can take up to 90 days so please message if no update by then just out the blue first time I've heard it can take up to 90 days not the only issue I've had with pockit everything boils down to lies and poor customer service as everything is done via email or app chat so now I've asked about how to close my account and if I'll still get payments I'm due straight away they passed my quiery over and closed my chat surely they. Know how I can delete my account they just mess you about because "they can" I suppose all I want is genuine help and guidance and understandably because of their ignorance since I joined pockit I'm frustrated and just want to go back over to my old account now not worth the stress of waiting for you're own money or simple updates they won't help with
To be honest, this service is completely useless and I closed my account within 5 minutes of opening it. Seriously, don't bother.
I tried to top up my new Pockit account by £10.00, knowing that I had more than enough money to cover it, but the transaction was declined twice: no reason, just declined. Very odd.
With this in mind, I am glad that I didn't continue with it.
Easy to set up no prblems like the ease of the card i have reccomended it to a couple of friends and family members

As a 78yr old i have experienced a highly distressing situation with Pockit. My account was unexpectedly restricted, and my funds have been withheld, rendering me unable to access essential financial resources.
The primary source of my frustration stems from the complete absence of effective communication. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have received either no response or unhelpful, generic replies that fail to clarify the reasons for the account restriction or provide a timeline for the return of my funds.
There has been a notable lack of clear timelines, transparency, and accountability throughout this process. This situation has created significant financial hardship for me, and I feel that my concerns as a customer have been entirely disregarded.
I had placed my trust in Pockit for financial management and now deeply regret that decision. Until there is a substantial improvement in their communication protocols and a cessation of withholding customer funds without adequate explanation, I am unable to recommend this service. This experience has been profoundly unsatisfactory.
I am still awaiting the completion of my account review. I have uploaded the requested documents, and upon notification that some were not accepted, I promptly submitted additional documentation. It has now been 48 hours since my last submission, and I have yet to receive any further updates. Consequently, I have been without access to my funds for 26 days, which has created significant difficulties. This situation is entirely unacceptable. I intend to contact regulatory bodies and law enforcement today, as I believe it is inappropriate to withhold my own funds, particularly given that I have provided all requested information. I have previously submitted a review of this company, and their standard response indicates that an email has been sent to discuss the matter. However, this email is identical to the generic communications I have been receiving since my account was restricted. I have now contacted the police, a solicitor, a consumer advocacy group, and filed a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service. My customer number is 599404503

Writing another bad Pockit review they officially banned my account after showing all proof of funds everything I sold my thing for the money I removed the person thinking the moneys come he’s got his thing deals done after 3 weeks they close my account saying we’ve refunded them back now I can’t get hold of him and he’s got a free thing and his money back so I want something done about this
