Cashier stole from me

I wish i could be able to send a video of my purchase and the reciept ,this is not the first time happening where the cashier add items i did not take and pay for,this is day light robbery.

The Poke Bowl that rema 1000 sells for…

The Poke Bowl that rema 1000 sells for 70 kroner is terrible, it’s written in the packaging that it includes laks and mango .. however not a single piece of mango was found .. and very veery less of salmon ! Will never buy it again waist of money .

Disappointing Experience with Overcharging and Unprofessional Handling

Today, my wife did the shopping at Rema 1000 and upon checking the receipt at home, we discovered significant errors. A lollypop that costs 1.5 DKK was charged 150 DKK, and ice cream, instead of being charged 12 DKK, was charged twice for a total of 24 DKK.

When I returned to the store to inquire about the 150 DKK charge, which was listed under "frugt og grøntsager" despite my wife not purchasing any fruit or vegetables, the cashier immediately identified it as a lollypop. This immediate recognition raised a red flag about the nature of the mistake.

After securing a refund of 160.50 DKK, I called the main office to address these issues. The receptionist was shocked upon hearing the story and, instead of handling it professionally, asked for a description of the cashier and then connected me to him directly via phone. This unprofessional approach compelled me to hang up.

This experience has been disappointing and has shaken our trust in Rema 1000. We hope the management takes these issues seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future.

this is almost scam

this is almost scam. they outsource the delivery service and you can be screwed at the last minute if they don’t find someone to bring you your order. very bad service, not recommended at all.

We find that the vast majority of procurement tasks are undertaken and delivered by buyers. It can be an advantage that you, as a customer, offer the task the day before you want the goods delivered - and make a wide delivery interval 😊

Great store

Great store, but one small criticism. The selection of their products is ALWAYS the same, and there is no variety whatsoever.

No guarantee what so ever

No guarantee what so ever, and emails in last-minute. I will have guests in 5 hours and now i have to go on the street myself.

An order on 1400,- you missed, and i go to FØTEX now.

thanks to nina s on the chat, who did not help me at all, otherwise sending me links to your FAQ but no understanding or concern at all.

Waste of time to support your company, buy your products, pay for it and then you dont give attention to the customer journey... but leave it for volunteers? What a mistake!

We find that in the vast majority of cases, shopping lists are acecpted and delivered by the Vigo-shoppers. Our customer service is always ready to guide and help with questions regarding our platform. Unfortunately, our employees cannot guarantee that a shopping list will be taken. It can be an advantage to offer a larger task the day before you need the goods delivered, so the shoppers have more time to consider the list😊

Price codes

Rema 1000 customer service is worsening day by day. In the last couple of my visits, I was surprised to have paid extra money on vegetables and fruits. Most of the time, they input wrong codes and charge extra money. This has happened several times in the last two months. Please fix this problem.

Disappointed...not delivered

I ordered 800 dkk of groceries for next day delivery. 30 mins before they were to be delivered, I received an email saying no one from Vigo accepted my order and it's canceled. When I placed an order, I expected it delivered. I will not use this service again; I will choose Nemlig instead.

Rema has become more expensive than other supermarkets

I have been a fan and customer of rema for a long time as they were famous for being the cheapest supermarket but recently i see other supermarkets reducing prices and are much cheaper for same items than rema and rema has no plan to reduce the prices at all. A slice of cheese which was 10 now is 17 ! Nearly double ! I am now buying from other supermarkets which are cheaper. Also on e-tilbudavis they put the actual price of the products and there is no tilbud for 90% of the items which is deceiving.

As a discount chain, it is very important to us to deliver goods with good quality at low prices every day. Therefore, we also have a fundamental desire to ensure low prices every day for our customers and we always want to be competitive - both in terms of quality and price.

We have experienced large price increases over the past year. At the same time, we also see that selected commodity prices are falling, freight rates from certain areas are falling and energy prices are falling. Therefore, we are also in close dialogue with our various suppliers to ensure that we hit the right price levels.
All chains run regular offer campaigns, and you will therefore be able to experience a bigger price difference in periods, but on the daily sale price we want to be the cheapest.

It is important for us to emphasize that our newspaper is a comprehensive advertisement. In this we show the good offers/campaigns of the week - and we also inform about seasonal products, special themes and/or focus areas, and last but not least, draw attention to our daily fixed assortment at fixed low prices.
It is of course regrettable that you have perceived this to be misleading. That is certainly not our intention.
