Beware -
Sanidirect Almere is one of the worst experiences I have had. I had book two washbasin along with cabinet for delivery in week 3. The salesman Mr. Nom promised that it will be delivered within week 3 and max. week 4. After few days, he sent an email claiming that since product is new they can't deliver product before week 11. I clearly mentioned this is not possible for me as this is clearly not in line with agreed delivery. I asked for cancellation of order right away. However, he promised that they will cancel the order, but no confirmation is provided till now.

I would caution coming here given there is no return policy of any item if you buy in the store. Online- 14 days but in the store there is none. Even if they are unopened goods. I asked both the store and customer service if there was a way to return/exchange items but I was told it’s impossible. Yet if you order online, there is. There are alternative stores that do have return policies. I do not like writing bad reviews and had planed to write a good one because of the nice experience ordering the material, but in this day and age it’s really surprising to have a policy like this- and further more, conflicting policies, for when you order online.

Sanidirect helped me design the bathroom well and pick nice items for it. However, I am still at the beginning of the process. The bathroom was not installed yet, this is scheduled for later.

Would NOT recommend this company at all. I glossed over an initial problem we had when we first had the bathroom installed. But now the shower panels are not working and are falling apart. We have had these inspected by a bathroom fitter who states they are faulty and need replacing. We are unable to use the shower at all. We have sent SaniDirect a LOT of photographs and they are now just continually obfuscating and refusing to simply honour the warranty. They have sold us a faulty product and we want it replaced.
10 April 2025 - I sent you the details you asked for. You have not replied. My husband has sent you a video and yet you are still obfuscating saying you cant view the file. You sold us a product that is faulty and this has been verified by an installer. Yet you are REFUSING to honour the warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Really bad review, the toilet is delivered in bad shape. The team didnt agree to replace it instead they said, that someone from the supplier will send the part that was wrong and then they will send someone who can fix it. Now i am left with no toilet in my bathroom and the time to delivery is 4 weeks. Really not acceptable. I wanted to return my toilet and buy something from another shop( but they DONT replace or REFUND). Really bad customer service.

During delivery, 1 tile got broke but Sanidirect team delivered a full set of tiles free of charge within a week.
Later got the installation done smoothly and perfectly via Aannemersbedrijf EMC B.V. team.
Aannemersbedrijf EMC team completed 2 toilets and 2 bathroom installation in my newly constructed home within 3 weeks with perfect quality work.

Do not come to this store, and if you do, have pen and paper ready and note down prices. Do not sign anything until you are 100% sure. When you ask about price breakdown they do not give it to you, or give different numbers that do not make sense. You will overpay for things that are probably same quality in other places. Also, beware no returns, but also they are not liable for ''estimating'' amount of tiles properly.
For example, tiles prices are whatever they think and they do not give you an answer per sq meter, stating their system does not provide itemized pricing and it is too much work for them to do it for you. I had a bad experience in wanting to remove an item/shower door (quite expensive) right as the order was placed (without my confirmation/consent) and then the adviser said he would not allow it, a bit forceful. All of this via phone/emai. Does not seem to align with abiding by the CBW consumption principles.
Ammendment/Edit: Sanidirect staffed contacted me after posting the review and kindly helped me remove the item from the order, thank you!. The staff is nice and willing to help. However, to this day I still did not receive a list of itemized pricing, which may be their ''systems'' or their business model, this did not leave me with a good feeling.

I strongly discourage anyone from using services from this shop! Sanidirect does not fulfill its contractual commitments. We’ve waited for over 2 months for furniture for two bathrooms (cupboards with sinks) but delivered was incomplete order (just the sinks). No apologies and no compensation for the damages caused (needed to change the location of all pipes because we had to buy different furniture (as we couldn’t live without sinks for 2 months, especially with small children (standard delivery time of the original furniture).
I’ve heard from the Sanidirect transport driver that this happened to more people.
The fact is that Sanidirect made a mistake on their website in the price for the Duravit furniture I ordered and was selling them for much less than competition. When they realized it, they just decided not to deliver to avoid losses. Problem is that they didn’t communicate it to the buyers but let them wait for over two months for those furniture.

The whole experience is a disaster. After 3 months from the initial delivery of the bathroom. I still don’t have a complete bathroom. The customer service is not working with the customers to get a solution just there to tell you what they won’t don. They delivered a damaged plank to hold the sink and I had to wait over 2 months to get a new one. They asked me to not fully install my sink set up otherwise there people won’t be able to mount the new one and in that regard they would mount the whole set up because I can’t hold my contractors over 2 months for there delay. In 2.5 months the plank arrives. After 3 weeks the contractor from Sani direct only mounts the new plank and not the whole set up as customer service mentioned. I contacted customer service over this and they said well too bad we can’t help it’s not our fault … Seriously! The lack of no concern or sense to find the solution… disappointment is not enough to describe my experience with Sani direct. By far the worst experiences I have had compared to other vendors in the business for the very same project. Proceed at you own risk. Brace yourself!

The worst experience I have ever had. I am missing one element in my order, the shop that I passed the order told me I should call service number. The Service team pretend that they do not understand English and they do not help you. Very unprofessional behavior, never ever order from them.
