When all these shops have left is the impact on customer service, and they do that in a negative way, then what is the point of them. When Feierabend 30min before they close is the central question of their existence then take a Feierabend for good. When one is met with a shrug of the shoulders, they could do that at home. I have absolutely no sympathy for them when they find themselves waiting for their turn in the Abeitsamt/job center

I’m writing this to warn anyone thinking about using the Saturn Marketplace because my experience has been an absolute nightmare. This is actually the second time in just one month that I’ve had major delivery issues with international third-party sellers on this platform, and Saturn does absolutely nothing to fix these recurring problems. Back on January 15th, I followed the seller's instructions to return a €239.95 device, paying for the Hermes shipping out of my own pocket and providing the tracking immediately. Even though German law clearly states that the retailer carries the shipping risk for returns, e-mediaweb spent weeks stalling. After a long back-and-forth, they finally promised me in writing on February 9th that they would issue a refund as soon as the loss was "proven." Well, today Hermes officially confirmed in writing that the parcel is unfindable and I have already filed the official loss report they requested.
Despite having all the proof and their own written promise, the seller is still refusing to pay, claiming they need more time for "internal investigations." What’s even worse is Saturn’s total lack of accountability. I have reached out to Saturn support multiple times, but they have done absolutely nothing to intervene or protect my rights. It seems Saturn is happy to take your money and host these unreliable sellers, but won't lift a finger when they ignore the law and break their word. This has gone beyond a simple delay; it’s a complete violation of consumer rights. I am now forced to take this public and resolve it through a bank chargeback. Save yourself the stress and buy somewhere else.

DHL Delivered tye printer at Post Filliale, they didn't event attempt to deliver it at my address.

I placed an order on November 27 (Order #7759).
The product (Barrel Smoker™ – Premium) still shows “status unknown”, and I have not received any tracking information.
The shipping protection is marked as delivered on December 26, but the actual product has not been delivered.
I have contacted customer support and am currently waiting for clarification.
I will update this review once the issue is resolved.

I heard about poor experiences with Saturn MediaMarkt support, but it gets worse. I ordered a vacuum during their Black Friday sale. The order was confirmed, then canceled the next day. I have contacted them about six times so far, with no resolution.
First, I called by phone, but no one spoke even basic English. I explained in my best German. The agent spent at least 5 min checking, only to say she didn't know why it was canceled. I then opened a ticket and learned it was canceled because they "only ship to Germany", despite my shipping address being in Germany, proving their complete incompetence.
I had to explain this twice to finally receive an apology for the mistake, along with instructions to reorder using a specific reference number alongside the new order number. I did exactly that, but it was canceled again. Twice! When I followed up, they claimed the issue was "already solved" with a refund, meaning that they hadn't even read the ticket. This further confirms their incompetence and ignorance.
Responses take days each time, and now I'm waiting again. I strongly DO NOT recommend buying from them. Support communication is a nightmare if anything goes wrong.
