SWISS CUSTOMERS BE AWARE

SWISS CUSTOMERS BE AWARE: if you need to send back something to them, you will need to pay from your side (usually huge) international shipping fees as, even if they have a (misleading) .ch email and a .ch website along with 9 CHF shipping fee when you buy something, they are located abroad and they are not customer-friendly as per Swiss customers returns. I would think twice before purchasing if you are located in Switzerland (from my side I will definitely not purchase anything further from them). Hope this help : - )
