17 days and still no skates
I'm based in Scotland and bought a pair of skates online from this company based in Denmark. Shipped internationally from Belgium using GLS, they still haven't arrived. 17 days later and they're stuck in Germany going nowhere fast. I asked SkatePro to use DHL or FedEx but they flatly refused. Still waiting for my skates. 61192338320 / 765902641992 / 5573381

We are very sorry to hear that your parcel has still not been delivered. Unfortunately, this is due to a sorting mistake from GLS which routed your parcel through Germany.

For orders to the UK, we unfortunately don't offer delivery with DHL or FedEx so we sadly can't ship it with any of these parties.

My order for a complete was delivered on the expected day, which was only three or four days after i ordered it. It came in perfect new condition and i got everything for a great price because a board was on sale - both their decks and completes were the cheapest priced I've come across and the quality is excellent.
The site is also easy to navigate, making it no problem to find what you're looking for - especially if you're new and even want to learn about the certain equipment. I highly recommend them 👍

We ordered a scooter for my brother as a Christmas gift, we read more about scooters and realized they’re not the best sport so we returned it using the same untouched packaging and their shipping method for which you have to pay for. The package took 3 weeks to arrive and they deducted 25% from our order due to “signs of usage” on an unused and unopened product. We have yet to recieve a refund too. We're sorry for the long handling time on E-mail Corresponces.
Sadly the reply time on e-mails is a bit longer than usual at this time of the year, due to all the christmas orders and returns.
In case of urgency, one can always faster get ahold of us within opening hours on the Live-Chat or by calling us on our Phone.
We believe a mistake was made in the handling of the return, and we evaluated damages on the returned product to be that of use.
Upon further evaluation, we could conclude these are with likelihood damages from the return process, as this would not be how we shipped the product or expect it to be returned.
I can see we have updated you on our e-mail correspondence, and solved the case with a full reimbursement for the order.
Sorry for the issues around the return.

Efficient returns service.
Bought some ice skates for my very picky girl, and she didn't like the style or fit, so we requested a return. Email was answered the same day, and a returns label was emailed to me, so that all I had to do was package the skates and take them to one of the many collection points. They did bill me for the returns postage, but it was remarkably cheap.
Have now ordered a different pair of skates from the same people, next size up, and we are very happy with these. I have no hesitation in recommending SkatePro.

Don't work....
I asked just few minutes ago... for a full refund..
Of my money.
Is just 300 kr . But the waste of time and effort. To be super disappointed...
