Ordered a NEW iPhone XS 64GB Space Gray from the website! Within 2 days of the order, they sent it to DHL and then DHL delivered it to my country in 7 days! The phone was as described and the whole experience buying from the website was perfect! You are the best!

BE AWARE BIGEST SCAM EVER!!!!

We ordered a xiaomi phone with the status NEW. The box was not phone original and it was falling apart. It had a fake charger for 3€. The screeen was damaged. When we messaged the company they said it was all written in small print. DONT BUY AT THIS COMPANY!!!BE AWARE BIG SCAM!!!

very bad

we just unpacked the bought phone (declared generically with "some scratches")... we found the glass hard broken in the middle of the screen. No shipping problem for sure because well shielded package arrived.
zero professionalism, stolen money

update: I already contacted you before the first review submitted here. you just apologize, never offered me more than that.
I don't want (and couldn't) return the device back... I expected that you didn't even try to sell something evidently broken as just "with small damages".

Greedy company

Put product returns into collection without consulting the customer. Paypal refunds, but after half a year they start collecting one half of the returned and refunded product. Criminal activity.

Abominable customer service

Bought a Neato Robot vacuum cleaner that broke down - would only light red - after nine months of use twice a month. Company refers me to Neato for repair, where I'm told that this is my own problem. Talk-Point refuses to take back the product, even though Germany has a two year requirement to do just that. Bad quality product bought through a bad quality company. Never again.

Horrible customers service.
Bought a product that they failed to put the correct delivery address twice, so in the second time the package returned to them I asked for a refund, talked with them via email, website chat and whatasapp, did all they asked me, they told me I would have my money back by the beginning of the week latest, not only they didn't even processed my request but they sent over the package and blamed on me.

At their site, they promise that you can get an invoice on your company. After 6 weeks and a dozen of reminder e-mails. I still didn't received this. I got a lot of promises, but no invoice.
I will resent my phone and by it somewhere else where they can give me the correct invoice
