Everything as described. As promised in the shopping cart, the item was shipped within 2 business days. I received the phone in 5 days after purchase. I could have got it next day with Amazon Prime for extra 50 EUR, but I had plenty of time. I recommend this shop!

I ordered, the smartphone was shipped the next day, and it arrived from Naples to Breda in the Netherlands the day after tomorrow morning! Record-breaking fast delivery DHL express, I must admit. The phone arrived undamaged and in working order! As for answering questions, they respond relatively quickly to every inquiry. I really have no complaints. The only complaint is that they can't be persuaded to give a small discount! :)

Shipping and delivery was perfect. Support however is useless.
My phone developed a swollen battery just 30 or so days after purchase.
Not only did they not want any responsibility, they also expected me to ship a swollen battery by DHL which DHL DOES NOT ALLOW.

They were not helpful, they did not comply with laws and expected me to also break the law by sending a swollen battery by normal courier.
They do not want to issue a refund or send a new phone.
So now I lost almost 600€ and my house could burn down at any moment.
If you value support, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Answer to their reply:

I have asked them multiple times if they can confirm that the courier can ship defective batteries, they havent given me a reply once. I contacted DHL myself after the fact when their customer support told me that shipping such a product is not possible.
Tecnosell has not been helpful since the start. First they wanted to shift responsibility so I go to Xiaomi directly instead of them (EU Law states that this is their responsibility). When they heard that, they told me they can pick it up but *I* should pay for shpping and only then they would arrange it. Now whats even funnier is that they wouldnt eve fix the problem themselves, they would "liaise" between a service center which could take 25-30 days, mind you for a device that is 38 days old.
First they tell me that after 14 days you have to contact manufacturer for warranty, then they say they know that its their responsibility when i cite the law again??
Then suddenly they start accusing me of refusing a shipment to get a refund even though the whole time they did not mention a refund once.
This company has been unhelpful from the start, they dodged responsibility, changed the story to fit them and not once confirmed to me that I am even allowed to ship such a device.
I have all proof and they cant accuse me of anything. Now I am essentially losing 600€ and have a bomb in my house which i dont know what to do with.

And dont worry I will not buy anything from you again anyway, I dont want to risk such problems again. Just so you know, you have been reported for your malpractices.

Fast shipping. The product recieved (Xiaomi 15T Pro) was as advertised and works great. The price was probably the cheapest you could find in EU.
