Forced us to pay for seat upgrades. Is this legal? Also, TUI does not honor cancelation policy, makes it exceedingly difficult to cancel, but very easy to add extra services we don’t need. Never again

We book flight and hotel on their website, credit card was charged 12.000 euros. Flight was direct from Frankfurt to Punta Cana. When we come from another country to Germany Frankfurt airport, to drop off luggage’s for direct flight Punta Cana we where informed that our flight was rebooked for next day, to the other country ( not direct to Punta Cana as we booked on website) and then get connected flight to our final destination. We lost day -two of holidays, we lost money, we lost our patient and nerves , . We call TUI customer service, the only thing they could do it’s to give us customer service number of airline. So my question is if I book flights and hotel from TUI.de website , we pay them . Why I should find solutions by my self . , search why my flight is rebooked for next day without informing me , why my flight for next day is not direct flight to Punta Cana, why I should go to Spain Madrid and then to Punta Cana.I could say that is really unprofessional. No one is responsible for psychological damage, stress damage and financial damage. So if you can’t manage this job well then leave !!!

Here is a honest review tui website is much Expensive and thier offers compared with its(.)de is much less cheaper. I wonder what s reason behind that since Same service are being sold for different prices?

Such a beautiful place to get away from the cold in Germany. Haven’t felt that welcome in a long time. Delicious food and great entertainment. Peggy and her team are doing an amazing job. Special thanks to Mia at reception for the warm welcome and Elisa for her enthusiasm on the beach court. But most of all a special thanks to Tender, Guest Relation Manager. He has a special eye for the needs of his guests. Amazing!

Their system did not work for online…
Their system did not work for online checkin , so we have to pay at airport, they said we would easy get a refund , we have tried to fill in form , but that does not work , we have written to local tui office they asked us to send hours to drive into their office to fill in a form , i am not going to spend 2-3 hours my time to drive to them .. well i am going to fill on bad reviews every day on every platform i can find untill some one deals with this .. it is not the money this i a principle about big companies giving us a run around, this is their fault sort it .. if tui is listening , my flight ref is H88ZGZ, date of fliught 6 nov 2025, my surname o'connor

I was so happy about my trip, no any issues during the trip

I watched prices carefully, and I know a lot of the times they are influenced by the flight. I wish tui flights would be cheaper if you go to a tui hotel. I can tell they are not. But Im from Canada living in Germany with a b2 level of german and your website for me is easy to understand and navigate, which means you are making great choices for german second speakers. I appreciate the ease:)

Everything was okay but one thing. I could not put in my rabatt from 300 euro. I do not understand why not!
I cannot speak german so it is to difficult for me to tui. They speak all german. So pleas explain me by mail what did happen. Or mabey you still can put in my rabatt.

The Holiday was very easy and straight forward to book on the Website. The Documentation and Information that we received was great too.

Everything was good. The food was tasty, varied and home-made. There was enough of everything. The beach is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. There is a shower on the beach. The entrance to the sea is good, gently sloping, sand and small pebbles.

Better than Jet2. Tried to book with them from Bristol but they were unable to process my booking. Decided to go with TUI from Frankfurt instead and booking process was straightforward. I especially like the departure and arrival times of the outbound and inbound flights which allow us th use the Zug zum Flug vouchers

Terrible customer service. Prepare to spend tons of money to reach out to them when needed. All lines take ages to pick up and are expensive, no one is willing to help and can barely speak English.

Abby in Gloucester was a great help in booking our Disney Orlando holiday! Could not recommend her more took time to explain and find the best thing that worked for us! Will definitely come back to see you soon!
