I recently needed to migrate my account from another server, and Yoedhi provided absolutely brilliant support throughout the entire process.
Despite my persistent questions about DNS records and SPF configurations, he remained patient and professional, meticulously ensuring every detail was correct - even going back multiple times to fix addon domain settings I spotted.
The migration itself was seamless, and the performance improvement on the new server has been remarkable. Server load dropped from 12+ to just 2.4, and swap usage went from a critical 100% to a healthy 18%.
Yoedhi's technical expertise and willingness to get everything perfect, rather than just "good enough," really stood out. He took ownership of the issue and saw it through to completion.
Excellent service from Verpex, and Yoedhi in particular deserves recognition for his thoroughness and professionalism.

When I bought their service a few years ago, they weren't well known yet and everything worked beautifully. Server performance was solid, and I barely had any issues.
Now? It's a completely different story. The servers constantly fail, TTFB regularly hits several seconds, and I can't even run a single Wordfence scan across my 100+ sites on their servers, not once.
I've reported these performance issues to support multiple times, but the responses feel copy-pasted and dismissive. There's zero willingness to actually acknowledge or fix anything. If I can spot these problems as a user, their sys admins definitely can. They just don't seem to care.
They also have no native real-time malware scanning at the server level, so when one WordPress site gets infected, it spreads like wildfire.
It really feels like they chose profits over keeping their original customers happy. I'm not sure this can be fixed at this point.

I had one of the worst experiences with Verpex Hosting.
I purchased hosting that included a free domain, and raised a support ticket on January 13 to claim it. I clearly mentioned my requirement and confirmed the domain name promptly. Despite this, Verpex took days to respond properly.

Their support team kept moving the ticket around, asking basic questions again and again, while doing nothing in real time. Because of their delay and lack of urgency, the domain became unavailable. This loss happened purely due to Verpex’s slow response.
What’s more frustrating is that I had to repeatedly post “Waiting” in the ticket just to get attention. Even then, responses came after long gaps with generic apologies instead of action.
A free domain is useless if the support team cannot process a simple request on time. This kind of negligence can seriously harm businesses that rely on timely execution.

I do not recommend Verpex Hosting if you value your time, business, or mental peace. There are far more reliable hosting providers with responsive support.

This is a difficult service to review. On the whole, the more technical support provided by Yoedhi and Willis was ideal; I would give them 5 stars. However, the service I received from members (plural) of the Sales Team was not great - though when the matter was escalated, it was fixed pretty quickly!
