Aaron A. was very friendly, spoke clearly, and gave a very personable experience with ZenBusiness. He was pleasant to talk to and definitely a keeper for customer support. Besides taking care of the business I needed to take care of, we exchanged stories of being in California and the differences between there and Illinois where he operates out of which is nice to do and made the experience more personal for me. 5/5 top notch experience.

Stay away from this business. Formed a company with them. They auto-enrolled me on a recurring plan. I wrote to them multiple times to cancel and they charged me for the recurring service that I signed up for. I opened multiple tickets with them because I did not get a response after a couple of days. - Case number 08022623, Case number 08022501 and Case number 07848019 I see that other people are also writing about it. Now I will have to let my credit card know that they have fraudulent business practices and suggest that they do not service this vendor. Stay away from this vendor. They do not follow valid business practices.

I spoke to Alejandro L. today and he was helpful and reassuring. He helped me as much as he could and was very courteous and respectful. I am still beyond frustrated that I have to pay for an amendment for a mistake from another employee a few weeks ago.

MJ was literally one of the best customer service REP’s I’ve had in a LONG TIME. Not only was she very patient with me , she also made sure to thoroughly educate me on the things I needed to know. Without her assistance, I don’t think I wouldve been able to be a member with ZenBiz. Because of her I am , and will continue to be . ZenBusiness has provided no way to cancel subscription.
- No response to email for more than 4 days.
- No online feature to cancel.
- Multiple phone call over 2 days (during office hours) end up on music hold for an hour and no response.
It is very clear that they want to charge you for renewal.
She was so comforting and encouraging. Her voice completely calmed me down. Very informative as well.

I'd give 0 stars because of ZenBusiness support. It is impossible to speak to a human about your business filing. Support only communicates issues by email. I've had an issue with an LLC Amendment and it has been nearly a month since anyone contacted me about the issue. I contact support and they can't tell me what is required to complete the amendment. Please don't sign up for ZenBusiness they can't support you. This has happened on multiple occasions.
If I could rate this company a negative 5,000,000 stars I would. Horrible experience, I've used legalzoom before but thought I'd save money through zen, huge mistake, in the end zen cost me more. They snuck additional fees into my LLC creation and I paid for the web tool builder subscription in hopes of seamlessly getting my website, email, and everything else setup. Well their proprietary website builder is an absolute joke and now they've held my domain hostage. I have been back and forth with email support for over a week trying to complete one simple task with them. I've had to open 4 different tickets because they just stop replying after claiming to fix my problem and failing to do so. None of their FAQ instructions are accurate or helpful. And on top of weeks of frustration suddenly I cannot even access the website via my desktop anymore, the login just simply glitches and erases my username password after attempting to login. I've tried 4 different browsers, I can access it on my phone but not desktop. If I could cancel everything and start over I 100% would.
Vainey was very patient with my questions and provided the help I needed. She was knowledgeable and polite and I appreciate the assistance.
