DO NOT buy from this company or Robot…

DO NOT buy from this company or Robot My Life their online store in Australia. My B300 Pool cleaner stopped working properly after less than a year and their customer service is non-existent apart from an initial email response requesting info. The call centre is AI and they don't call back and you can't speak to a human. I've contacted Whybot directly and they refer me back to their online company Robot My Life despite it being their product and warranty.

Do not trust the reviews from WYBOT’s direct website. I gave an honest review based on my experience with their skimmer product. They do not accept bad reviews on their website. Having said that, I do not recommend purchasing their skimmer. You will be on the hook for shipping which was $100 so do yourself a favor and don’t purchase the skimmer.

Update: the below reply from WYBOT is a perfect example. Rather than understanding my review (which they did not approve to be posted on their own website), their reply shows lack of comprehension. I received a defective device. Shipping to return a defective product was absolutely not free.

I purchased the new S2 Solar Vision…

I purchased the new S2 Solar Vision robotic pool cleaner. I was so excited to get it in hopes of all the time it would save. However, after a few months of using it I encountered a lot of problems. Base not charging then the unit would die and be at the bottom of the pool. Then the base started to make a clicking sound. I reached out to the company and it took forever to get a response then only to be told they could not help me because they only support products purchased in the UK and referred me back to Amazon. Terrible support service. Amazon offered to send another unit, but would not directly answer my question when I asked who I could contact in the future if I needed support. I would never have spent $1730.00 on a piece of equipment I couldn't get support for. Ultimately, I will be returning the unit and expect a full refund. Sorry, but I can't reccommend.
