Yellowkorner contacted me. However, shipping return is more expensive than the art. I would never shop online. They need to reopen stores in USA, otherwise i will shop elsewhere

Missing parts…have sent 2 emails and no…

Missing parts…have sent 2 emails and no reply!

Update to your reply…NO resolution has been given. Just an email saying my complaint has been referred to the ‘quality team’. The missing parts are still missing with no promise of addressing my issue whatsoever. The reply given by yellow korner is not correct therefore.
