Review – YESOUL GM1 Plus Exercise Bike

Purchased December 2025.

The build quality and delivery were good, and the product initially appeared well made. Unfortunately, the positives end there.

Customer service was poor. Although YESOUL responded quickly to my initial enquiry, I was completely ignored after submitting a formal complaint. No acknowledgement, no update, and no resolution.

The primary issue was screen connectivity. The display would not connect to an iPhone 16e purchased in January 2026. It does work with older iPhone models using a Lightning connector, meaning compatibility with newer USB-C iPhones is clearly lacking. This is not made clear at the point of sale and buyers should be aware.

YESOUL’s only response before going silent was to suggest purchasing an additional dongle (e.g. Chromecast). After spending approximately £500 on the product, this is not an acceptable solution.

The complete lack of response to a formal complaint is unacceptable. On this basis, I would not recommend the GM1 Plus, particularly to iPhone users with newer devices. A disappointing experience from a company that does not appear to stand by their product.

Update 11/02/2026
The ‘dedicated’ support team have responded quickly to my review with a solution that involves me paying them £30 in postage costs to ship a third party receiver ‘similar to Chromecast’. They are cheaper than that in Curry’s but the point remains the same in that this product may not be fit for purpose, as shipped, for users of certain iPhone models. Check before you buy or face additional costs!

Never received bike, terrible customer service

When I ordered my bike on 13/01/26 it was advertised as free delivery. I very quickly received an email asking for an additional payment for shipping due to my address. All emails regarding additional payment were answered very quickly. Please note I also paid extra for “shipping protection.”
My bike was allegedly shipped on the 19th Jan. After 2 weeks I had not received my bike, I send a number of emails, none of them were replied to. I contacted the shipping company directly who informed me the bike was lost and that they had informed yesoul who should be sending a replacement.
Yesoul finally replied to an email and asked that I wait another week to see if the bike is found. I have heard nothing else back, it’s now 22 days since the bike was shipped and 28 days since payment was taken.
No bike, very poor contact from yesoul. Terrible company

Just NO!

Just NO!! Bought the treadmill which was left outside in the rain with no note to say it’s been delivered !! It’s Tiny with a short bed & not wide enough .. and to top it off Faulty just stops whilst I’m running & with ZERO customer service!! No replies to emails and no interest in the customer.

Bad design and horrible customer service

DO NOT BUY! I bought a rowing machine with a monitor. The first issue was the monitor itself. When the loudspeaker is installed, you cannot operate the controls of the monitor anymore, which are covered by the loudspeaker. Brilliant! So, you always need to unplug and plug the machine to activate or deactivate the whole thing. Also, you can't operate the software, change measurements or so on. I am pretty sure they sent the wrong monitor, because they used to have one with a joystick in the back. Customer Service (AI response) claimed, that this new model is there for simpler user experience. Yeah, it is simpler if you can't control the device anymore?! It took them 2 weeks and a bad review on their website to actually respond to my initial complaint. Also, they did not address the other issues (seat rollers are squeaky and plastic parts are being grinded off when used). Over all, it is a horrible customer service and a shitty design.

I just received my long awaited G1M Plust due to delays in production and shipping.
I have to compliment YESOUL support team, for keeping me updated on the status of my order.
They always responded to my emails very promptly.
The bike was very well packaged, very easy to set up with the aid of the instruction manual and YouTube videos.
Everything worked well, very quiet and ergonomically friendly.

I thought it seemed too good to be true…

I thought it seemed too good to be true but I took a chance and have been pleasantly surprised with the G1M bike. My first thoughts were this is likely to be a scam and/or no support and impossible to contact them. I can now say I was so wrong.
I had been looking at other brands for over a year and almost bought a 2nd hand Nordic track, only pulled out when I saw this advertised.
Constant updates provided on order processing and delivery.
Delivery was very fast, and the driver called ahead.
It only took a little over 30min to assemble and it was easy for me to do myself.
I did have an issue with RPM not showing, I contacted support but in the mean time found a video on fixing it and found the magnet had fallen out and stuck to another part out of sight. It was a bit tricky to fix (their video has a different magnet) but I got it done and it is working fine. Support did reply as I was putting the bike back together. It’s actually very good customer service. I was offered a 2 month credit on the app for the issue I had.
The bike itself is great, I can’t even say it is quiet because it’s actually silent! There is zero noise from it when I ride it. It’s not flimsy, it is well made. It doesn’t rock from side to side, it has feet that you can adjust for uneven flooring.
I was so doubtful, certain something would be wrong or it wouldn’t work - even down to thinking it won’t work with my phone, but they provide different cables….my iPhone 11 just plugged in and worked perfectly, as did the iPad.
The app is interactive and many different options to choose from.
Overall it is great for the price and I am very happy with it. It does everything it says in the advertisement.
Highly recommend this bike and company.

I had been looking at the Yesoul Bike…

I had been looking at the Yesoul Bike (Alternative to the very expensive Pelaton bike) for a few months. I knew I wanted to get back into the indoor spin but wanted to get something better than just your plain jane bike. I opted for the Yesoul G1M Plus Bike (Comes with the bike and the screen!). I ordered the bike (January 7th, 2026) and not even 10 days later I received it (January 16th). During the shipping process, I had a few questions and reached out to the support. Support team has been nothing but very helpful, quick in response time and friendly.

I highly recommend this bike and this company! Truly a very happy customer!

Perfect home bike for motivating workouts

I bought the G1M bike from YESOUL and I’ve had bikes before which were noisy and not a great design ..this bike is honestly absolutely a fantastic bike,it’s of great strong quality..not a single noise at all and the monitor is so good,I hooked up my I phone to it and did 30 mins exercise that felt like 5 minutes because I was enjoying the monitor that time flew in..
I do call a spade a spade and this the best exercise product bike wise that I’ve been on ..
