Great service
Great service, the installation was very quick and the WiFi is great. The engineer that came, Danny, was very friendly and he answered any questions I had.
Internet drop outs hopefully fixed
We have been having a few issues with drop outs and after having a new router delivered it was still happening so YouFibre arranged an engineer visit. Francisco Sanchez arrived and was very polite and thoroughly checked our system making sure everything was working fine. Overall I am very happy with the service provided and hopefully no more drop outs.

Raoul the engineer was ever polite and respectful and diligent in his work. No mesh, all left clean and tidy and a credit to Youfibre. Review completed immediately after install so waiting for the internet signal to settle down and grow to full strength which have been told should be complete well within 24 hours.

Was very good, asked clear and concise questions and kept me informed as to what he was doing to identify the fault I had reported.
After following all his instructions and he again tested the system al was working again.

Renewing my contract - got there in the end
I contacted YouFibre this week because I wanted to renew my contract before my monthly fee went up. I tried doing it on their website but found the site confusing (a bit like Ryanair’s, with loads of extras you’re not sure you really need). So I tried calling and was on hold with no indication of where I was in the queue or how long I’d have to wait until my call was answered. Not good enough YouFibre! Customers are people and will always want to speak to fellow human beings!! In the end I emailed and Noxolo and Wendy were super prompt and helpful and we renewed my contract over email with no dramas. If the website and phone situation hadn’t have been so rubbish I’d have given YouFibre five stars because their broadband is pretty good. Sort your phones out, YouFibre! People will still need to call you and it’s not difficult to let people know where they are in the queue when on hold, or give them the option for a callback.
