Since the late delivery to the fact…

Since the late delivery to the fact that I still have my product evaluated at 3000€ stoped in a corner because it does not work, and I still did not have an answer from you, when I need a thecnitian to came and fix it.
And what makes's it even worse is the fact it was said that it was put to the test in your company and that everything was OK and now I have a problem in hands without any solution

I am sorry to read of your negative experiences since receiving your new computer. I understand that you contacted us on Thursday morning to let us know about this issue and the technician asked if you had any pictures so we can try to help and resolve this. I understand that you have sent the pictures on Friday after our offices closed. We certainly want to help you and investigate what you are reporting, it looks like something is blocking the booting up of Windows so we may be able to resolve this over the phone with you by reviewing how the computer has been set up. I have asked one of our technicians to call you once we re-open.

I can confirm in looking at the logs we keep that your system did pass all tests, over 12 hours of stress testing in windows and over 20 power off and reboots to check this was all working perfectly, we would not dispatch a system to a customer if it did not work perfectly when we are testing and I apologise that you have not felt the benefit of this testing. We hope to make this right with you.
