Despite taking me six months to get round to registering the website worked perfectly. Quite a lot of steps and one false start but we go there.

Dorset demo

Took my sister along to one of Tara’s Dorset demos. It was a fab class. We all watched, asked questions and admired, while she effortlessly cooked a wonderful lunch as she talked us through all the recipes. I will aspire to repeat it over the summer.

First time buying a Renault

Bought a car on lease through my husband's company so not a straightforward purchase but Hendy were excellent and kept me informed throughout. Occasionally calls were not answered but an email was always replied to quickly. The day of collection was smooth and I felt very looked after.

Poor delivery experience

I often give these and they are always appreciated and give huge pleasure. These were ordered for a Friday delivery with a Scottish payment supplement but did not arrive until Monday. So not the best.

Thank you so much for your feedback Lucinda. We do let our customers know very clearly that delivery dates are only approximate and that orders will arrive on or around the chosen date. Scotland is about as far away from the Isles of Scilly as anywhere in the UK so the flowers had a very long way to travel! The £1.50 supplement that you paid is to cover the extra that we get charged by the courier to deliver to Scotland. It, unfortunately, isn't a payment to speed up delivery.
it may be worth remembering that it can take a day or two longer to deliver to Scottish postcodes, therefore chosing an early or mid week approximate delivery date, would avoid the flowers being held at the depot over the weekend. Jay

The price that the Oil Club negotiate is almost always incredibly competitive. Delivery times vary but communication is good and due warning of any delays are always given. Great service
