Just an easy experience.had a question coming in the door answered right away.was asked if I needed help a few times but not too many. Found what I needed easily and checkout was quick. Price tags on the knives and multi tools could be displayed better but that's it for me

Easy peasy
The whole process was just easy, pick what you like from the massive selection. Pay and wait a couple days on delivery. Prices are great I'm glad I got a membership as the discounts are superb.
