The communication with Employee EDEN Ocer the phone was Excellent. Put me on hold a couple of times too refine my quotes. However only brought One policy as older utility was dearer with UYOUI that my present cover on some vehicle.

EDEN was very helpful and informative. I was glad to get "third party property" cover on a 2015 Yaris. However regarding my old 1992 Mazda ute Eden was unable to be competitive regarding "third party property" insurance which has currently insured with NRMA.

It's a Good "Nortons" Product. However more Telephone Support for Elderly Persons particularly if too many steps involved in updating and setting up.

Have purchased items previously and on this occasion, rang and ordered chainsaw bar & blade for older saw was not a problem. Receptionist very knowledgeable & helpful. Item received & Fitted as described. Highly Recommended
