A nice personalised card. Good range of design to choose from. Nice to see there is option to send card directly to friends. Good price and delivery. Easy to re-order.

Print not brilliant quite blurr given high resolution file from professional photoshoot. Gloss finish might give better results but hard to know without test samples.

Need to take extra care after checkout as it pops up with multiple offers which if not careful, like us got signed up. Fortunately our card company picked up and sorted for us.

The store was great in helping to sort a missing delivery that head office ignored. The whole process took nearly 3 weeks.

Baby pre-walking shoes:- well made, fit nicely and look stylish. Lightweight and good protection for little feet learning to walk outdoors. Price:- outlet is better than online sale.

Overall, it was probably better to buy from outlet than online, cheaper and no delivery hassle.

Nice atmosphere. My baby enjoy swimming with other babies of similar age. Teacher is very friendly and good with the babies. Clear instructions and great advice on how parent can support baby in learning how to swim. Excellent for parent-baby bonding.

It is a good price for the amount of products, all very good quality. They clean so much better than disposable wipes.

The lavender essential oil is nice and gentle. My baby is now seven months old and has never had nappy rash.

Making up the fresh wipes is very easy. Afterwards I wash them with the dirty nappies at 60C, effectively cleaning with no extra effort or cost involved.

Wipes - I have some cotton and some bamboo but if I can go back I would just choose bamboo because the bamboo remained soft but the cotton turned extremely rough after a few washes.

After using the full kit several months as advised I have now stopped using the mucky box altogether as I keep all dirty wipes in the bucket for dirty nappies. It is easier to deal with just one bag of washing rather than two. It also saves on spending in tea tree essential oil.

I don’t make up too many fresh wipes as I can always add more if I need to. This reduces the wear and tear on them and reduce the amount of unnecessary washing and again the amount of essential oil needed.

Regular update for parcel progress and location is helpful. Collection is straightforward.
The only problem I had is I’m short for the top locker and that top lockers are for the largest parcels which is heavy.

We contacted the firm both online and over the phone. The online respond time was excellent and so was the follow up. Customer service over the phone was also good and very informative and helpful. As we progressed to the ordering team it felt we were not kept informed as much as we had hoped. Order turned up on time and went smoothly. Product is as we expected. We purchased the small 2-seater chaise sofa. We like the design, the fabric and colour. It is small, fitting into our very little home very well but feels roomy and spacious when sitting on. The sofa provides good support and we like the sewing choice that has a homemade feel. We were aware the covers on the sofa is not removable for washing but we love this design and so made the purchase. We then end up putting blankets / a throw over it to protect from dirt / spillage.

Service from Wayfair its was good - ordering process easy.

Delivery choice they made was bad - date was changed without prior notice so the driver turned up and nobody was home. The delivery was dumped outside our front door and the driver did not even attempt to call - which we did request if there was any problem.
